  2. Let me ask you a question. When you knit the first row on a purse net ring what do you have? To make it easier for you I will make it multiple choice. A row or a mesh? TC To be honest with you I can't remember but I thought I was only doing 17 mesh. I will put up a picture tonight so you can see it FFS I give up. What's the point? TC
  3. Well done all 14 of the Welsh team. Cuthbert is just a penalty machine for the opposition. If he never gets a game in a Welsh shirt again it will be too soon. I seldom complain about a ref. But Clancey took ignoring coming in on the side of ruck to a new level for Fuji. Any win is a good win but feck me that was a poor game. TC

  5. why is there no such thing as 100% bag? my nets is twice as long as the lines they are on. I make that 100% bag I make it rigged by halves. IE it is half the size of the stretched net. TC
  6. Right, I think I have worked out what he means? I think he is counting rows as meshes 27 rows = 13.5 meshes deep and 606 is 303 meshes long. If I am right he has 17.5 yards of net rigged by halves or (100% bag as it is erroneously called) rigged 85 meshes into every 5 yards. When will people realise that there are two rows in a single mesh. The same with all the 100% and 50% bag rubbish there is no such thing. TC
  7. with a 4 1/4" mesh you need 85 meshes per five yards of net for a net rigged by half it's stretched length. TC
  8. Your not on your own, I am still confused. TC
  9. Just had a roast chicken breast with the soy gravy, it was good, but not quite the real thing. Here is my simple recipe if anyone wants to try it. 4 tbs of dark soy sauce. 3 Tbs of dark brown sugar or 4tbs of normal sugar 2 tsp of hoisin sauce 500m of chicken or vegetable stock. Corn flower to thicken to taste 3tbs will make a fairly thin sauce 4 will make a sauce you can stand a spoon up in. mix the corn flower with water before adding to gravy. Tonight I added the juices from the chicken to the chicken stock and it did make a difference. I have tried a lot of the American re
  10. For the last year I have been trying to find a recipe for this gravy. In the end I gave up and tried to make a recipe myself. So far I have got pretty close, some say close enough. But I would like to get it bang on. Do any of you have a recipe for this gravy please if so can you post it please? TC
  11. Just watched Namibia v Tonga an entertaining game I enjoyed it, especially when Namibia came back at Tonga in the second half. TC
  12. Is that 18 meshes wide by 606 meshes long? TC
  13. I'm happy that Cuthbert hasn't got to go against him but Fiji will still hold plenty of dangers for us though Al. We've called up Hook and Anscombe aswell, I always thought Hook should be in squad as he can cover all the back line positions. What worries me at the moment is their physicality we just cannot afford any more injuries. I have heard that the toilet cleaner in the Millennium stadium is on stand-by. TC

  15. Reckless ain't at all premeditated, quite the opposite in fact. It purely means taking a course of action without thinking through the consiquences of said action with regards to those around you. If it was premeditated it would be classed as violent conduct/foul play. Would you class Warburtons tackle 4yr ago as reckless play or violent conduct/ foul play ?? I'm intrigued as to how you class this incident as what he did had to be a pre meditated action Just a little though, if you look back through this section you will find a thread entitled "the official Rugby world cup thread 2

That said it did
  17. I would not of thought that was a significant find? As anywhere where there is a stark difference in temperatures there's the possibility of fluid being produced? TC

  19. As a bye I heard today that the player who kicked Liam Williams in the head has been cited. When I first seen it I thought the player was going forward and caught Liams head as he did so. But seeing it in replay it does not look like that? http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/sep/27/wales-tom-wood-kick-liam-williams-head-england TC
  20. Come on England you can beat Australia. Honest you can. TC But can Wales? On yesterdays showing yes. Better chance than England it seems TC
