Nice one Comanche! I have a MK3 with the Pinpointer volume knob by I can't quite work out how to use it . it was explained to me to keep turning it right down so their is no audible signal, it will then only become audible when you virtually right on top of it!! is this right or is their alot more to it than this? cheers Jasper hi jasper i use mine like this, turn pinpointer clockwise till it stops then leave alone . when you looking for ferret and bleeping gets faster you will see how far down on the dial then, hope this helps. keep hunting cjw

hi all set off this morning 9-30 picked my lad up and off we went, got to first set and nothing home,went to next set and nothing home again, so bad day i thought , after forth set and a bit pissed off came to a big set netted up, collars on ferts and down they went , 2/3 mins and 1 in net then another and another. on to next set 2 more,next set only 1

hi all just had phone call from a mate of mine who went out with his rimfire last night for an hour, said he shot 1/2 dozen rabbits, i asked him what he has done with them, his reply was CHUCKED UM, so i said why chuck um and he told me he couldn,t be ar**d to pick them up and gut etc, why did you not ring i said i would have come over for them , couldn,t be ar**d came the answer, i was fuming because i think if you shoot it you should respect it and eat it, my question is do,s anybody agree with me or not or, do,s anyone else just shoot and leave their quarry thanks keep hunti

set off this morning 9-30 to meet a friend who had never been ferreting met up with him at 10 oclock went to first set put collars on ferrets big set 16 holes after about 2 mins 1 bolted by my poley she straight back down then albino got one albino came out but no poley not a sign anywhere looked all over started to panic 15 min later nothing not a bleep on reciever so thought she snook out somewhere looked all over for 1/2 hour nothing she,s gone couldn,t find her i was gutted so carried on to next set and so on ended up with 6 rabbits still gutted though. got back to car gutted the rabbits

OK people let help with the running of this site i for one have learnt alot about hunting especally ferreting from THL there are alot of good poeple on here to learn from and get advice so i have donated £5 which i think is very cheap for what we get . where else do you get all the info from for that amount of money my guess is nowhere . keep hunting alive ianb cjw
