  1. You on commission from Theoben or something , because we all know what they are mate , and im pleased that you`ve got the one you want , but you dont have to mention it on every post Out of the rifles you mentioned gaz i can vouch for the AA400 series and aslo the BSA Ultra , but i think you`d be better going to a dealer and tryin them out for your self mate ,see which one you prefer Just remember the shot count on an Ultra is low ( about 38 ish i get on my .22 ) compared to my AA ( which is about 75 on a .22 ) can`t say on the Falcon atb Buster If you've got a problem with
  2. Out of those you mention I'd go for the Air Arm S410, but if you are looking to spend a lot more money then get a Theoben as they are in a class of their own and a true hunting machine...
  3. AWT silencers are excellent and they do one for the S410 for £55 CLICK HERE AND SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU SEE THEM 3/4 OF THE PAGE DOWN.
  4. The Webley Raiders do really well with the Weirauch silencers, Weirauch silencers are excellent quality, very quiet and reasonably priced on average about £45. I have one fitted on my pistol below in my signature pic....
  5. I use Jack Pyke Mossy Oak mostly as it's really hard wearing 100% waterproof and breathable and can take all the abuse the brambles etc can give................
  6. I agree Mal "not this old toffee again "
  7. Cracking job Skuzy but why didn't you get the stock done too??
  8. You know where I'm coming from droid A man on my wavelength is what you are
  9. Two threads in one day are you a p***y on speed? I mean double post or what!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. No one can spell here correctly or string a sentence longer than a p***y so I'll say it for them "You have a bargain" ATB Lee.......
  11. I agree with you on this Victor, I know it's all personal choice and it does make sense to camo your gun, but it's just so nice to see a really great piece of wood and lovely blueing on a gun. I use a guilli type sock over my S-TYPE as I wouldn't dream of having it sprayed up....
  12. hiho has hit the nail on the head here I have had the same problem in the past on my Ratty, so maybe fit the lamp underneath the gun rather than on top of the scope........
  13. Lead pellets will not strip rifling. I agree there donnyc, but maybe I didn't explain myself, I should have said about accupells which Theoben have told me not to use. This is because they use a high content of steel mixed in the lead. Whereas Air Arms and JSB's are made from very high contents of lead. Thus the undesireable effect of the rifling getting stripped. This is what Theoben say so all the while my S-TYPE is on it's 3 year warranty I won't mess about with it...
  14. I use JSB Exact Heavies too and they are fantasic pellets for hunting. I use mainly Air arms Field Diablos and they hunt well too. My S-TYPE can only use softer compound pellets like these above due to the Anshutz barrel being so precise and not running any risks of stripping the rifling. I hit a rat with one of these JSB heavies and it ripped it's head of almost it made a right bloody mess of it , so yes these are a winner in the heavy weight .177 caliber pellets
  15. Benjamins are very good guns and pretty accurate too. You'll expect at least 200 shots from an 88g canister although I can't comment on the power but it should do a rabbit. YOU CAN GET CHEAP CO2 FROM HERE...
  16. Nice Rimmy mate not air but damn good shooting all the same
  17. Sorry to hear this news Tyla and will keep my eyes open on all forums that I frequent.. This sounds like the B*****D's knew what they wanted and went for it knowing what they were gonna get (a gun). I had my Theoben MK1 stolen from my house 10 years ago and know this feeling very well. These B*****D's didn't touch anything else except the gun and the pump, I never see my rifle again but I do hope you get lucky and your mates gun gets returned.... ATB Lee.....
  18. Miners???? What are they??? I thought Margeret Thatcher wiped all miners out???
  19. I was in exactly the same position myself six months back, did all the research on here, brought loads of mags, went to the gun shop with the intention of getting the 97k, ended up comming away the Theoban Evo, just my personal choice after handling all three of the guns you mention above. No doubt there all top notch guns, but i didn't get on too well with the anti-bear trap thingy in the AA tx200 and was a tad heavy for my liking, the 97k, only thing put me off was it seemed to give off a fair old CRACK when fired, perhaps a better silencer would solve that? The Evo was my choice, nice weig
  20. Damn good work there and it's really good to see a father and son team hammer so much vermin Keep the good work up
