why not replace it with a litter brother or sister if at all possible,ask the breeder of the dog you lost if he intends a repeat breeding and wait till he does,just a thought.i lost a fine young dog a while back,broke his 2 front legs right in front of me.I PTS myself,now THATS a sickner but you need to get over it and pick yerself up again.Shite happens deano

I read the start of these stupid threads and you can see exactly how they are going to finish,same people haveing a lash at the the same people.Now I dont even read this crap.I gave up a few pages ago and when i saw sounders name to the last post I thought another childish load of crap again.sad .I can only imagine how the dog folk on the other side of the water think,bloody stupid Irish acting up again -
NL its just that its been NON STOP rain since x mass,and I do mean non stop.only a handfull of days were dry.I was thinking the hares couldnt survive the onslaught,but I wasnt certain so I thought id ask.Its been weeks since Ive had a proper scout around,loads of forestry walks with the dogs and the odd walk on the beach but nothing much else.I was reading the bible during the week and it read,after 40 days and 40 nights of rain the land was flooded,I thought to myself,thats just a typical irish summer

do you Irish guys and gals think,with so much rain weve had over the summer,what effect it will have on the hare population.All the farmers are moaning about the land being sodden and the crops being way behind this year,just wondering if it might have an effect on the young hares coming up?I was thinking the mortality rate would be fairly high due to the non stop rain since x mass.Any one have any thoughts o this
