the f****r we have is a scatty over excitable bully..he attacked my old lurcher 2 weeks ago for no reason ..i was standing 3 ft away ,just grabbed him ,broke off his bottom fang and put a hole in his back ,,,hes a nasty c**t at times ,,good with the family but hes a bit over the top where other dogs are concerned and with strangers

honestly bird ,i dont have any interest in foxes really ,if they do it ,then its an added bonus ,i like all edible quarry ,theres a lot of bull /collie greyhounds here doing lots of foxes ,i just want a well trained ferreting dog that will hunt and find for sport ..ive a few other mutts too so im not pigeon holed really ..we will see how it goes anyway ,im in no panic to be breeding a litter if theres a hiccup in any of the parents ...saying that ive known a few real good fox dogs from 1st x collies ...but their not the norm ..i know

i will try get up there in the next few weeks ,,work is hectic at the minute but im due a weekend away with the wife in the county and will be calling in to him then ...this could all fall flat on its head if i dont like the dog or the owner

Do you know me then Morton or are you a good judge of charachter over a computer screen cause thats your argument or view f****d then cause i dont sell dogs .i had a lad come from england for a saluki pup i bred ,,it cost him 50 euros ,the cost of injection and whats not ,he stayed in my home for the night and i brought him for a few pints to the local pub ,fed and entertained him best i could ...this is not about profit ,this is me getting a replacement for my wife and myself for a bit of hill hunting /ferreting etc .ask Tyla on here if im a money grabbing kind of person ,,he came over and

yeah,,shes been ran a few times ,but shes too bloody fast at times ..she has good determination and great temperament and is a joy to keep..shes also from a family of coursing dogs and has been successful in competition in the past...i dont actively run her too often as shes too valuable as a brood bitch to me ..

The good thing is my mate has seen the dog do a few bits and has vouched for him so im fairly sure hes genuine but i want to talk to the owner too and see what that brings up....it might not come togethet but a good chat and a 3 hr drive to the man can sort it one way or the other.thanks for the input from everyone

goats ...lol..im getting a pair of ferrets in a few weeks and i could do with a decent dog to compliment the team ...just havent been without a pastoral bred dog in 10 years and will keep up the tradition as long as i can i think..plus the wife misses Taz so a repacement might be nice for her

was chatting to a mate yesterday and informed him i PTS my kelpie x last week and i was thinking of looking for a replacement in time ,,he was telling me of a neighbouring farmer friend that has a working collie ,,herds sheep off the hill alone and works cattle as well..he then told me the same man lamps with the collie too and it has in the past caught and KILLED fox single handed ..he has attended lots of digs where the terriers were excavated and they let the collie draw the fox and it finished the job...he has caught rabbits in the pitch dark,,when out with the owner and hunts cover afte

I feel their a bit heavy maintenance for my laid back excursions...i saw the ad...2 half crosses.i will ponder over the idea for a short while...if a kelpie x came my way again i would jump at the opportunity ....thanks for the direction gnipper
