  1. He looks a bruiser mate! As im a newcomer its quite obvious the difference in size of hobs and jills. He looks more than double the size ov my jills. i said he was a lumper,and he is that,he's a little bit fat aswell,i know you can get them smaller but hobs are generally bigger than jills anyway.

  3. i've got a hob ferret here you are quite welcome to,polecat coloured,last years young, but started to work and bolted a couple of rabbits,he is a lumper but a little on the fat side at the moment,needs plenty of work now,he's out of very good working stock,and well handled,i'm situated just outside cardiff. all the best, jay.

  5. i've got one here that i am re-homing,he is polecat coloured,last years young,he has bolted a couple of rabbits,he's from good working stock,he's not a small hob by far but very well handled,and a little fat at the moment,he could do with a bit more work than he's getting really,just to add i'm located just outside cardiff if thats any good to you? all the best, jay.
  6. i've used them in .222, found them to be really good,fair bullet at a fair price, all the best, cheers, jay.
  7. I use abit of wet and dry sand paper and just give it a rub up and down but be carefull you dont cut yourself thats what i would use, or a bit of emery cloth,sorts mine out a treat, all the best, jay.

  18. i'll second that.... ,thats how i straightened mine,and it worked fine,gradually heating it up and checking how plyable it was getting as i went along,keeping the heat gun moving up and down the area to be straightened,and not holding it in one spot to long,incase i scorched the wood, good luck, all the best, jay.

  21. it must be pay back time this year from the rabbits point of view,lol,i've never heard of so many people being bitten by a rabbit as i have this year,an with regards to CW,3 times in one day,i'd be afraid to pick a rabbit up in future after that and would be taking a set of chain mail gloves with me next time,lol,any way,cracking write up men,seem like you had a good eventfull day which is what its all about,dogs look A1, i like the merle, all the best, cheers, jay.
