    My mates just took his oath-taking ceremony today,he is now a bona-fide canuck,there was two british families also taking the ceremony,he is out having a celebratory meal at the moment.

    My kids have a few boxes of them stashed in a storage unit,I told them to sit on them for at least six months and flog them to pay for their holiday next year to Hong Kong or Canada,quality books and will increase in value given time.

    Edward woodwards daughter???I used to see him reasonably often shopping in Walton in the heart shopping centre,just up until his death,was it two years or three years ago he died,I saw keith baron and michael aspel shopping in the same complex as they all live local.

    Worlds largest land predator,I had a predator-mag from the states with an article on some inuit guy walking in a village,the bear came in and took him,they found parts of just on the village outskirts,scary creatures,theres a place called churchill in manitoba?Built on a polar bear migration route,the bears come into town and I mean right into town every year,you can do bear safaris there and guarantee seeing dozens of them during your visit.

    Not so,certainly doesnt happen in cases of serious civil unrest like the recent riots,a local lad,university student,never once been in trouble in his life,caught up in the situation and picked up a T-shirt I think it was?He got 2 years!The government have to come down hard in mass civil protest cases,the sentencing goalposts were moved far-apart for the rioters with the vast majority if not all being imprisoned,they certainly didnt just imprison the ringleaders,neither would they in cases of large-scale uprisings with racial connotations and tensions,such cohesive unrest scares those who rule

    Theres your first caveat right there,the very name of the place is enough to set alarm bells ringing,what was the name Haswell always synonymous with?Dog Dealers!I still remember seeing someone swap a bunch of chickens for a lurcher pup at the livestock mart there,I thought Paul&Scooby lived towards penshaw or Herrington?

    Read the book(which is now sold out)total quality,very surprised at the style,no flowery hyperbole nor excessively descriptive padding to notch-up the wordcount and flesh ot out,the read is smooth and fluid,written with flair and passion,a magnum opus that was a pleasure to read,the pics ooze quality as does the overall book package as soon as its taken from the box,first book of JD's I have read but hopefully it wont be the last,the only definitive treatise on the golden-era of lurcher-work and destined to be a classic on the bookshelves of those guys lucky enough to have a copy(or two ).

    The only turtles I have seen swimming in the wild were hawksbills,but I have seen loads of them,you can actually buy them alive,the last time I was offered one it was maybe £2 for the shell?They make combs and guitar-bodies from them,wander around any Badjao village and they have bleached shells in the most unlikely places
