For a 12 year old urchin who had f**k all it was another world, did a taxidermy course with them, the museum taxidermist taught us how to stuff a tawny owl, kids should do similar stuff nowadays but sadly they don't.

The caviar was in a hungarian/Russian household, everyday breakfast caviar, reminds me of the salmon eggs I used to eat straight from the fish when we netted salmon as kids, they are getting me some beluga before I go back to Canada ?
