Two identical engines in there,used to pump London water between 1929 and 1980,enthusiasts maintain it now,open a couple of weekends a year,the engines have featured in a few Titanic documentaries.

Had a good morning and a very interesting tour,the engines are very similar to those in the titanic,I was surprised at how quiet they actually run.Met a guy who came from Australia to see it,I travelled ten minutes.

My posts saying no big cats have ever escaped in the UK are the same as breeding populations……They don’t exist.

Don’t take the lords name in vain Sharkey you fabulist,go back,check my posts before misquoting,I have always said the odd escaped cat isn’t beyond the realms of credulity,but breeding populations and established populations is fantasy akin to the Easter bunny and the tooth fairy…..However IF you can find where I have said there have never been the odd escapee I will apologise.

I have to be honest,been to Morocco many times,and worked with a number,nearly stabbed by one,my mate had it far worse,the country is so/so,but the majority of blokes are scamming hustlers.I once met a very pretty Moroccan lady who invited me to her home in Rabat,at the time I would have shagged owt that moved but I declined her offer as something was a bit “off” with the scenario,I never trust morrocans.
