Glad I got these,walking on ice lakes yesterday,ice was even forming on the boots,my feet were actually warm,decent footwear in harsh conditions.

In the past I have slept on the side of a road,on coconut matting on a bamboo floor in a jungle hut and as a kid used coats as blankets at night I was so cold so I really don't know mate (if you want to send me a few quid feel free).Everything has a value to someone. There’s a chaps wife very ill,Luke has just filmed an episode and donated the money to the guys family.He is a genuine Christian,did missionary work in a few countries,I don’t think he has a bad bone in his body,very likeable on screen presence.

It’s life though in reality,people work hard (or inherit wealth)they buy nice things,people born into poverty and never escape it,or fall through the cracks,get nowt,just how it is.That bed is in Harrods,I would put money on the beds of that price they sell aren’t bought by Brits.

The wind coming off the river today was biting mate,my face was numb,I kept biting my lips just to feel them,I think temps are dropping next week,wind chill -24 here today,Timmins sounds proper chilly.

I sat on a bed once,I had been doing something so wasn't wearing decent clothes,the mattress was incredibly comfy,so much so I even gave it a little ass bounce,the salesman did a sharp intake of breath......

Bit nippy today and I forgot my face-mask,the windchill was biting cold.Rivers covered in floating ice,soon be totally frozen,all the lakes are covered in thick ice,saw a set of coyote tracks crossing the ice and a few raccoon tracks,the only thing out and about was me and a few turkeys. -

Chinese love the fur trimmed parkas,I went in a CG store in Toronto once,I was the only white bloke in and they were all buying the parkas.I think when CG discontinued fur the coyote pelt price fell at fur auctions.

Yup,they stopped buying coyote fur four years ago and phased the collar trim on the parkas out the following year,my lady has a few of the older ones with detachable trim,I think the fur is in a draw back in the UK.

I remember when Canada Goose opened their store on Regent street,first week there was protestors outside complaining about the use of coyote trim on the parka hoods,different mindset.
