The salmon was fantastic,sadly finished now till this 2025 salmon run.The pork was stuffed with lemon grass,the crackling test apparently is it tings when tapped with a knife blade.

Never even met anyone who has,spoke to a couple of natives who said they are spirit people,not of this world.Les stroud of Survivorman fame is currently filming a program on the hunt for them including how people fake sightings etc.There was a "Genuine" patterson-Gimlin bluff creek patty plaster of Paris footprint auctioned recently,don't know how much it fetched but I don't think it was cheap.

My lady always says for a nation with such temperate a climate brits sure do like talking about how bad their weather is,here a foot of snow is business as usual.
