    What's the incentive for 40 years old retirement?Has to be worth it rather than just retirement with a state pension,some retire and still do nothing,you have to offer some sort of financial inducement.

    I think 80% of rural houses nowadays have no toilet,when your on a train journey through India as the sun is rising you see people squatting in fields,easy pickings for leopard and tiger,I even remember reading about village rapists who would assault women on the edge of a village when they went out in the early hours for toilet and ablutions.

    The only wild brit birds i have fed were robins and ring necked parakeets.

    Odd thing about that,your customers being followed,the countries with the highest density leopard attacks are india and Nepal,not nearly as many in africa,though I was reading recently about the number of children snatched by chimpanzees to be eaten in the dark continent.
