  5. Norton is like a plant root, it roots itself deep into your computers system and files so that any changes that a virus might try are caught and once this happens the location of the virus is also determined allowing it to be deleted or quarantined. The downside to all of this is that it uses a lot of system resources and the anti virus program itself can be a right pain to uninstall should the situation arise. cheers Callum cheers callum i mite go with that when the trial is up.someone else said that avg is just as good but im not really clued up on all that stuff.
  6. Yep looks a bit tight otherwise good cage. Wulliegh why would anyone want to clip a working ferrets nails?.P1 are you serious? nails can and will become long during the summer months if not working and i know the back nails need less of a trim but iy you leave them they tend to grow thick and tart to curl also if they are too lond then the ferret cant put its foot out properly and must cause some discomfort to the ferrets having to walk like that. used to clip mine in the summer months aswell, until i put a cpl logs into my court they keep them down with their scratching at them
  7. just bought a new laptop today cost me f*****g 600 quid dont say stuff like that lol this one has mcafee anti virus 30day free trial.is this a good one or should i invest in this norton you guys are talking about?

  11. i respect all animals no need for wantin cruelty of any sort.yea ive shot snared foxes in the past and my old lurcher took a few in her day,but i agree with dell anyone who doesnt respect there chosen quarry has no business calling themselfs a hunter imo.seen some cracking foxes on a snow covered winters mrng going about his business.hasten to add ive seen mangy scabby ones aswell lol.
  12. agree with wullie thats a belter.although i will say this if you ever get a hob change the mesh in season he wouldnt be long in pulling that apart.but good on you and great set up,and if thats the measure of your commitment you will have great conteneted ferts who will reward you.

  15. i can imagine what the poor lass went through.i got burnt with sulphuric acid on my arm when i was 14.messing abiut in a place we shouldnt have been.found a big bottle that said do not mix with water.what did the bold scott do? lobbed it in the canal got a bit on my arm and it burned straight in within seconds.still bear the scar.suppose it could have been worse if it had went on my face.daft wee boys we were.
  16. thanks for reply got a book by simon whitehead didnt really say what to do,maybe next year and il keep one thanks again i clean her cage twice a week and shes in good nick shiney full of beans etc,so il leave her vitue for now lol well if your gonna take the chance i would clean it out more than twice a week.she gets an infection and its bye bye jill
  17. well i use a snipped hob ive never actually just left them to come out of season themselfs but why take the chance of an infection.my view is if you aint breeding the jill get it out of season as soon as you can.in all probability it wont die,but if you do leave it, do as stubby says make sure she aint running around in filthy shavings.
  18. hmmm we could breed them wi euro poley crosses and make a barrowload of cash lol
  19. well dunno whats happened to your dog wee man,but i hope she is ok.oh and as for the c**t trying to set his staffie on it id f*****g belt his staff wi the claw end of a hammer.remember years ago an older lad kicked a dog i had my old man booted him up and down the street.prob the worse beating i ever seen a man take.
  20. stuff like that can happen anyway with or without collar.there are a multitude of things that could have happened.never lost a ferret in all my years of ferreting and i dont use a collar.if it was actually being worked at the time, and even if it was nowt to do with collar just a useless ferreter who couldnt be arsed waiting or digging.or maybe it left by a bolt hole that he didnt notice.yes i will agree some lads swear by their finders and find them usefull but there not the be all of ferreting.
  21. little b*****ds why cant people just have the balls to come see you if they have a prob with you as you said.although it prob hasnt anything to do with you at all.just wicked c**ts who cant leave nowt alone.pity you hadnt caught them.oh and you really ought not to sleep with your mum.joking btw.know what u meant.lol
