nice one trappa, our parish has just issues out a load more allotments for this year and these are the final ones as all the land has gone. we got lucky with out application and i can boast a nice 11m x 22m plot. the gf is already seeding, potatoes, veg, herbs, and im doing some nice rhubarb. cant wait for august time when we start picking.

after looking at that i might be a bit to windy for a .17mhr, as they are very wind affected. have you considered a .22lr, cheaper on ammo, less wind affected but less range, you can still take them a bit over 100yds though Hi. You are quite correct in your suggestion of being windy, it can get bloody windy there. My mate missed a 20yard rabbit running towards us with a .410 mossberg... When i apply i shall most probably put 17hmr and a .22lr Cheers.

Hello, I am in the near future going to be appling for FAC as im interested in getting an 17 HMR for rabbits. For those of you who have this on a FAC, how remote are you ? Are any of you fairly close to roads or houses ? or are you in the wide open ? The field we shoot on there is a road behind us well over 300 meteres away and the houses prob 1/4 mile to the right, but we will be shooting ahead where there is just fields n fields ? on the basis of this alone , what would you say my chances would be on a closed FAC. I know they come out top inspect the land,

well i work with computers and electronics so the bits n bobs wont cost anything as me mate is a mechanic so free, for the lights n batts. Just good fun on our own time to make these things as an experiment. IF it dont work, it dont Yes we will be shooting.

Have a pet rabbit in its hutch which is house next to 9 ferrets. Rabbit is now in an outside hutch and the spinger and clumber dont bat an eye lid.

Would you say that lava soft would be better thanAnti vir PE classic andMalwarebytes anti malware? ive also got comdo firewall, but am thinking of using the new free comodo packages for syware, trojans, malware etc. Ive tried the majority like avg avast, spybot, spy doctor etc and didnt rate them at all. lavasoft's adaware isnt an Anti-Virus program, its an additional one i run to check for pop-up cookies and spam

My Mate made a homemade lamp which we used last night and it was bloody excellent if i may say so. Rabbits were stunned and didnt move cost : £0 its lightweight and has a handle Battery - Motorbike Battery Lamp - spotlight from a Mini Switch - car fog light switch Bulb 55w Lamp can swivel up and down will have to get him to add a pic. gonna make a couple more.

oh we will be going again and again, it was enjoyable fun and much better tht the day. we went from 630pm to about 930 pm, was tempted to stay out longer but decided to go home and talk about the evenign over a coffee. Working out strategic places etc. We shall be ordering some heaving duty spotlight gels, red/orange/yellow etc which we will be using a diff colour per week. I am hoping to upgrade my rifle soon and once i get my cabinet installed will apply for an FAC as i think an HMR will do sexily and get us some very sweet bags.
