  1. Quite correct RA Just been doing a bit of research on them, BSA did do one that certainly resembles the stock of the Stutzen. Butt to Muzzle wood, looks rather nice as Andy says If its in mint condition, it may well be worth more than a few shillings Phantom
  2. You mean a Gamo Stutzen? Phantom
  3. Dead Twigs are a good start Darren as long as there is nothing else like roads or foot paths within 500 yards or so. You would be suprised how far a pellet will travel Phantom
  4. No worries, but you love it nearly that much? I love all my guns more than I love my erm..... won't go there as there are a few minors on here to protect Phantom
  5. Just been looking for it and found another one instead; also by Si http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/136303-hold-over-and-under-explained/page__p__1386311__hl__%2Bhold+%2Bunder__fromsearch__1#entry1386311 Have a read
  6. No Hold over at all, you would need to use Hold Under Have a search for Zini's (Si's) explanation, describes it in great detail and if like me you dont get it at first, there is also a graphical demo on the thread that made it all click for me Phantom
  7. No Ste it's not, Its something that I asked this morning Phantom
  8. A huge thank you to whoever listened to me earlier, you know who you are WE ARE TRUELY NOT WORTHY Tony I'd kiss yah, but you may be male and that would not do my rep any good at all :11:
  9. No longer on the GL's in England. Not sure about Wales; Not sure about Scotland, don't know if they are on the GL or not up there any more, they were a couple of years ago. Someone mentioned earlier about a risk to Air Transport/aviation and given the numbers that have vanished over the past decade or so, makes sense Phantom
  10. Or do as I did last meet I travelled 3/4 of the country by rail and no-one was any the wiser! In fact I was asked "Wheres your rfifle?" Seperate the action from the stock ans carefully place in a holdall No-one would have a clue Once at the location re-attach the action to the stock and check zero. SORTED. Phantom
  11. The Hatsan Mod 60 is sold in the UK as an Egdar Brothers Model 60. Same rifle crap trigger (just like the SMK 19) but a fecking accurate vermin killer once the trigger is mastered
  12. Really? I must be doing something wrong Mine are usually dead before they get chance to hear it
  13. They can be to a point The action is the main cause of the noise and its the sound of the action that you get transferring through the stock and into your ears. You can 'dampen' the sound of the action to some extent by putting felt pad's or rubber pad's between the action and the stock although you can't totally remove it. The blast of air from the muzzle can be pretty much reduced by a good silencer Phantom
  14. Looks like a spot on shot Roger I still think you should net em and export at £300+ for a pest in a cage, we'd rake it in Phantom
  15. Hey there Cuz Billy, thasa mighty fine lookin' bit of fart fodder How do yah find peeling em, I hear tell they is a lil difficult Nice shot btw Phantom

  18. Andy, If they are securely fastened to the wall, even on display, that would be reasonable precaution strenghtend by the fact you lock your door upon leaving R.A. My daughter already has my permission to shoot (my airsoft pistol and my other Pistols) in the house as and when she likes Not that she likes to do it , nor will she ever shoot them you guy's that have kids that are enthusiastic about shooting are so lucky
  19. Yes Andy that will be considdered acceptable, especially if you put em out of sight
  20. Nowt wrong with being man enough to admit when your wrong, Go on admit it, you only come in here to remind yourself that there are decent people on the forum and needed a time out from the bitch' section when your arse has been torn buy a bigger Dog than yourself
  21. Nope, have a read through the legislation. It does state that the offence is for 'Unauthorised' access ie. they must not take them without your approval. So you can as per previous legislation carry them to their unsupervised area
  22. A rabbit walks into a pub and says to the barman, 'Can I have a pint of beer, and a Ham and Cheese Toasty?' The barman is amazed, but gives the rabbit a pint of beer and a ham and cheese toasty. The rabbit drinks the beer and eats the toasty. He then leaves. The following night the rabbit returns and again asks for a pint of beer, and a Ham and Cheese Toasty. The barman, now intrigued by the rabbit and the extra drinkers in the pub, (because word gets round), gives the rabbit the pint and the Toasty. The rabbit consumes them and leaves. The next night, the pub is packed.

This is an airgun forum and people discuss FAC weapons as well so avoid jumping at folk that discuss them, The implication they may be breaking the law will not be appreciated, especially by FAC holders like myself!.
