  7. Sweet I'm so glad I swallowed my Stella before I saw that Sean, I just hate having to dry the lappy, its such a waste of Lager :11: Guy's I just happen to think its a bit underhand to send out PM's asking people to join another board saying "We are the greatest thing since sliced bread" (okay that wasn't the actual wording but you get the drift) There are much more open ways to get more members to look at your forum Its easy enough to ask a mod if you can link to your own forum in your sig at the end of your post, I doubt that any of them would say no. I run a forum for pistol sho
  8. As above, PM in your box Phantom

  10. Hey guy's and doll's How many of you guys have had unsolicited PM's asking you to join other forums/boards? I've just had one from a member on here asking me to join another board. I personally think thats a little underhand/sneaky don't you? Phantom

  16. This is whats WRONG with having a shaved head and looking like a TW@T Maybe its not looking like a tw@t, perhaps just an ugly C T Phantom BTW I'm listening to Bruce Dickinson (Tyrany of Souls) if you must know

  18. Thats the general consensus I have never used one on a springer, but it IS possible to get a good zero with a pod If however you do use a pod with a springer to zero, then the gun will have a completely different Point Of Impact when shooting freehand So the last word on that, is if you use a pod to zero, then you should use a pod to shoot with, if you shoot freehand, then you should zero with it freehand. Phantom
  19. Not if the shooter is competent , if he/she isn't a competant marksman they should not be shooting at anything other than paper targets in my humble opinion. Phantom
  20. Go get the permission; turn your back to the houses and let the slaughter commence In your dinner hour of course Phantom
  21. But you would let your mutt chase it down and savage it? (when it was legal to do so of course). Personally I have only seen one Hare close up, and posted about it on here, before we lost the database. I was out for a wander (needed the air) a few miles from here. The farmer was in his combine in the next field. When I spotted this HUGE animal that resembled a bunny. Ive seen them from a distance but not close up before. Having stopped to admire the creature, it headed towards me. I must admit, if I had walked into the field, I got the feeling I would have been able to get close enough
  22. Man, you are nosey git aint yah? :tongue2: Phantom
  23. Thank you Jack and you other guy's Knowing my luck, If I were to do the TV/newspaper thing, they'd turn it into something like "Murdering Scumbag Airgun owner, lets his next victim escape" And anyhow, I just cocked up my haircut (clippers went from 9mm to 3mm as I pushed down on them) so now have an almost shaved head and now look a right tw@t Wouldn't want that showing up on the telly or any pix Phantom
  24. Thanks Bill, :11: SawII love it They are lovely creatures up close Phantom
