    just had to tell,my pup had his first bunny this evening,out on our regular walk only a small one but he took it all the same he has been more interested in playing up until now do you think this will switch him on,he is only 5 months and i dont want to over do it

    had her running on some pretty rough ground and so far so good,excellent temp with kids and outher dogs and is super keen in the field ,took this in the open after it was flushed ,not done to much with her yet though obedience isnt great but she is coming round slowly.going to get her going in the lamp over the next few weeks and see how she goes.

    my pup wasnt that bad but his shit was very runny,i just added an egg white to his grub for a couple of weeks and he was sorted,this sounds a bit more seriouse though good luck

    the only difference i have found between indoor and outdoor dogs is in the quality and condition of there skin and coats,the outdoor dogs being the more healthy.

    i had a bullhound marked like tht brfore strange alright fat fecker too aint it,seen plenty of blacks and a few gingers round the farm but never nothin like that.

    my pup is 5 months and is just having a growth spurt upwards as well as muscle starting to tone up

    after further reading i have found that they were also bred for there hardiness in the unforgiving landscapes of new zealand so presumably they have good feet,a good coat and going by there popularity as a working/herding dog ahigh level of inteligence.i am going to go to the farm where i got my boy from and take a look first hand as i only saw his mum last time a very good looking girl who worked like a trojan.still undecided on the cross with my greyhound though,any offers of a stud in kent welcome,i have at least 8 people interested in a good cross from my girl.

    ive read this as well,but when my boy has chased he has done it in silence,thats not to say it wouldnt carry over to his pups.

    made my mind up to put my collie across my greyhound,only to find out from the farm where i got my collie that he is collie x new zealand huntaway.had a browse on the net and they seem pretty handy dogs.anyone got any more info on these all comments and or advice welcomed.was told on buying him he was collie but only give 50 quid for him and he is an excellent all rounder the only thing he lacks is the speed.

    when i was a boy my old mans cat brought a live rat through the top window in the bog,guess where i was .he also had an irish setter that emptied a ducks nest of its eggs one by one and brought them to him in one piece.
