i dont think you can have a dog that can be too fast, as it needs to get to its quarry especially after a long slip, the diffrence is the dog slowing up at the right times. so idealy a fast dog that knows when to run slow. lofti.

Seen it before Martin, still good though .Do you think dog on the [jackel 0r wolf] what ever it is, is a pure Saluki.? It got quite a big head on it, just wonder if there was anything else in there..???? Ray dont think they are pure ,its hard to say realy like you say its heads a bit on the big side. they look a good strong type tho. would of liked to see the course too lofti.

advise for a young lurcher thats missing rabbits??

seems like youve put the the time in with your dog and looks like your nearly there mate, wouldnt bother too much it will "click" alot of young dogs over shoot and loose ground its a learnig curve. and also rabbits are always harder localy unless you live in the obvious places but its the best way for a dog to learn in my eyes. lofti. -

i like the site because iv made some very good friends as a result of thl and also iv earned ok out of the for sale section..i contribute mostly in the rifle and 4x4 section which as i see it is my way of paying a little back..most of the other sections i piss around in and generaly take the piss... loads of people take the piss now mate and it has all turned in to a bit of a joke, there is some realy good people on here, but they dont post any more and i dont blame them. shameless starts soon. feckin hell did you not read the topic title???? wasnt it what you like about t
