  2. If they get bit mate make sure you clean erm well and any sign of infection take erm to vet it don't cost much I lost a good Jill to infection from rat bites it went downhill fast best one I owned not all jack on rats. Some become demons on them and then even better on rabbits . Just be quiet near the holes so the ferrets have an easier time pushing them about

  13. I'm from just outside Leeds and want something for bushing foxes not wanting it to go to ground got terriers for that something that sounds abit and that won't turn death if I need to call it back if it goes near a road
  14. Don't spaniels quarter naturally
  15. The edges of fields bankings coverd in bramble and few reeds beds
  16. I been thinking of getting a bushing dog for a while well a few years but not sure what to get I got lurcher so it would be used for pushing foxes out to the gun and dogs I used terriers before got a Sealyham that's about 8 year old now but they frustrate me how death they can be the Sealyham gets its nose down is a white dot on the horizon if u don't watch out. I'd want something quite easy to train that didn't hunt on too far and that didn't turn death when u called it back any suggestions? Thought about a spaniel but i want it mainly to push foxes out
  17. an alsation did it to my mates lurcher pup chasing it up the field the bloke that owned the alsation thought it was funny the pup was yelping. he didn't think much to the ball off fluff that my mate still had on the end of the lead (wheaten terrier) till he unclipped the wheaten. ( this dog fine with terriers lurchers just got a hatred for GSD or alsations) the wheaten flew into the alsation bowling it over the squared up to each other and then went at it the wheaten soon came out on top and was pulling the alsation round buy its head once we separated them the bloke went through laughing to n
  18. I keep playing with the idea of something similar to push stuff out for the lurcher iv used terriers before but bet these fly through the thickest of cover.
  19. you wouldn't need any staff x wheaten Astanley for them boar just a wheaten lol
  20. Im hoping someone here can help me iv got a bit of land but theres a footpath that goes down our fence at the end of our small field and im after the bit of land at the other side of the foot path to make our field bigger Now I know getting the path moved would be a pain in the bum. What I want to know is if I get the land on the other side of the fence. Am I liable if any body falls on the path and brakes there ankle or for personal injury? and do I have to maintain the foot path e.g keep in clear of thorn and brambles so cyclsits and dog walkers can get past?
  21. nice open lot that who built it? its my mates or was he sold it now and the got a local joiner to build the top for them the dray under it is an old coal dray and believe me it was heavy. a year after the wheel came off and the little black and white horse in the shafts stumbbled fell over and snapped the shaft that year it wasnt meant to be.
  22. twelsh thats wrong he might turn his head and winny (call to them) depends on the horse. if hes the type to work himself he will call and start showing himself off the one in my display pic was like this he would call to any horse but it depends on there training or how there broke like p***y boy said i just used to click mine on with my mouth or turn its head were i wanted him to go ( normally straight down the road lol) and knock it on with the whip
