I managed to fracture my elbow at work today, so no ferreting or shooting for me for a while. Also brought a Land rover on sunday to restore a little project for winter and can't do that now. Here's the project car.

Pictures From A Recent Trip To Scotland

We were staying near Strontain on the opposite side of Loch Sunart. It's a sea loch and the fishing was brill mackeral, dog fish, pollock. There are thorn back rays aswell as sea and forox trout but didn't catch any of them. I think Scotland is an amazing place the scenary is stunning and the people all friendly, and yes the do drink alot. -
Went up to one of my permissions this morning walked around for 2 hours and only saw one rabbit that bolted under a tree, went down to inspect where he had gone and could only see one hole, I thought this is ideal to try my two out for the first time. Went home collected the two ferts and a couple of nets and headed back, I thought I would send Jazz down first as she is abit more outgoing shall we say. So slipped her under the net and she went straight down like she was a pro, 5 mins later one bolted necked that replaced the net but nothing more a couple of mins later Jazz comes out all ex

Want to take my two out for the first time only problem is the burrows on the land I have permission are all in hedges and one in heavy brambles. Just wondered if any one fancied taking me along with them on some small easy ones to start them off and hopefully pick up some pointers? Thanks

Not much wildlife pictured apart from the dog. Did see Eagles, Red Deer and Seals but never had camera with me as is usually the case with me. Any way here they are. View from the front door of the cottage. This is the place they film the kids TV program Ballamoray it's actually called Tobermoray about a half hour ferry trip from where we were staying. The sunsets where like this every evening A spot of rock climbing
