    Just bought four hens,two brown ones and a light sussex and a black one,can't remember what its called. The problem i am having is the two brown one's will not let the other two out the shed to feed,every time they come out the brown ones chase them back in and peck them.The two brown ones are a bit older then the other two. What should i do? should i get rid of the brown ones,or see if they settle down they have only been in the shed and run a day and half.

    When you find the runs,if you are struggling to tie the snare wire on,try using staples like the ones you use for wire netting,hammer in to the fence and tie the snare to them.Makes life that bit easier for yourself.

    Nice haul for a days work . Which methods did you use to achieve this. ATB Mick Ferrets and purse nets,with a few snares. My bags are normaly around 2-6 mark,this was a days ferreting with woodga who as some amazing ground with a high rabbit population on.So it was a red letter day for me,we also snared over 100 rabbits in the same weekend as this ferreting trip.

    nice one mate i will make it up to 10 nets with some home made spun poly yellow nets Nice one mate,good of you i tried to found another couple but couldn't find any more then 7,posting on saturday. Haven't got any yellow nets myself in my collection

    @MICKY. You will catch them with a six strand but the big porkys you will need eight strand. Catch them just in front of the ears and they break their neck

    Pm me your address and i will send you some purse nets free of charge,about 7-8 nothing fancy but should get you started. No i am not going soft in my old age,cleared my shed up(missus idea )and found these hanging up,i just bought 20 at the CLA as well.

    Lets look at the evidence. Lurcher PUP catches 1st rabbit,a young summer rabbit easy to catch, RABBIT in snare,a young rabbit as was stated and i quote "only a handful of a rabbit" Pic of rabbit in snare,no run or beat visable,tealer peg still in the ground and no flattened grass. Now surely if it was your lurchers first rabbit on matter what size it was you would have took a photo of that and put it up, say in the running dog section,can't see one. I am no columbo but the evidence speaks volume. Are you ready to cough yet markmccann?? Keep 'em peeled.........john shaw police

    thats the way i found it this morning i was surprised the tealer wasnt pulled up it was only a handfull of a rabbit maybe thats why,if i was gonna fake it i would have put a bigger rabbit in it or maybe two How come it as not wrapped the wire round the tealer then,or a least bent some grass . Any rabbit caught no matter what size would run around. If i am wrong then sorry but it still looks fake to me

    Looks fake to me.Tealer still in the ground,no sign of a run,no grass trampled down and the rabbits head leaning to one side. . Could be wrong though.

    Watched it again.Tried to get past the pull up's.COULDN'T DO IT :sick: Bloody legs are all funny now.Keep tapping the floor to make sure its still there.

    Turned off at the pull up part my legs went funny and my hands all sweaty,complete looney tunes. Can't see them doing another vid to be honest ..............one slip and thats it.........

    Don't listen to this would be farmer tit,he does not know what he is talking about.Look at the pinned section at the top of this section,it will tell you all you need to know,then may i suggest you buy woodga's dvd,it will help you a lot.

    I have just set a paypal account up.Somebody as asked for my paypal email.Is it the email i used to set up the paypal account,i am a newbie to this paypal,BUT there is also somebody else on here who doesn't know.HELP US PLEASE
