    I just seen on the news that Raoul Moat was tasered using two long range shotgun tasers that have not been approved for use by the home office an they were used by two officers that have had no time to carry out the training required to use them and it seems that the chief of police knows nothing about the existance of these weapons.....Looks like there is going to be a long drawn out investigation that will cost the taxpayer a fortune...I think that the two untrained officers that fired these weapons should face chargesand the investigation should also aim to uncover who gave the order that t

    I had a pair of lowa and they were sound it was the gortex mountain boot I think mate but meindl are just as good as they started out in the same factory untill the two brothers fell out<my feet were always warm and dry

    Wise words clint.....But I think that if they cannot support themselves while they are here or if they do not embrase the culture of Britain they should be returned to thier country of origin,we already have too many people drawing out of the welfare system,pention funds and streaching our national health service to the max that have not paid any cash into the country,That is why this country is in the state it is in and only by taking these drastic measures can we put the 'Great' back in Britain...rant over

    Cheers Nighthunter,will be doing this and everything i can to keep it watered,when is the best time to put/use lawn feed and should i cut it first? Higgins I think its worth taking a trip down the garden centre and see what feed they have and what they recomend in the instructions,there is one called aftercut. I used some stuff that had slow release fertiliser in I think it was called Evergreen or something like that But I would stay away from weed and feed or mosskiller until the grass is well establised mate.

    Some of them aren,t fit to keep dogs in mate.....I work in a few council houses and flats up here and there are quite a few dog owners with one or two dogs in them,but I think you have to ask.....

    Put some Germolene on a bit of lint,tape it to your boil and wait it will soften the skin and start to draw the boil it also has local anaesetic properties that will numb the area round your boil then give it a good squeeze and pop.....custard all up the walls..lol

    Hi mate get yourself a water barrel or two and fill them before the ban .......then using a watering can you can water yor grass when you like then refill the barrels at night when they get low....sorted...and you can add the liquid lawn feed to the barrels. Good luck with your lawn mate its looking good already.

    I wonder what if anything will happen to the officer reponsible as he has given unauthorised people access to his ammunition,I know that accidents happen but I have heard that the police have revoked the firearms certificate of someone who inadvertantly left a bullet in thier own vehicle.I always count my rounds in and out to be sure that every round is accounted for and rounds are carried in a bullet holder in a secure pocket at all times.

    Hi clint,If you take the trouble to read the whole post you will find that some people who have thier DCS1/2 still demonstrate that they have no respect for the deer they shoot.A few people myself included have had to clean up the mess left by these so called trained hunters,who are too lazy to follow up a wounded deer or who just fail to follow up due to thier inexperiance. I do not know where you have got the idea that deer in scotland are persicuted. I do not have any DCS certificates but have been stalking roe deer for eleven years,I was mentored by a stalker with over 30 years exp
