  10. Which do you prefer remington 700 sps synthetic/stainless or the tikka t3 synthetic/stainless, I'm torn between the 2 any pro or con's ,which ever i choose will be the drop mag verison and i'll be using it in 243.Remington got the edge because of what you can upgrade it with because its a close call at the moment so fire away with your views please folks .
  11. There on there for 1 thing matey.Making money i know when starting out its hard to get decent blooded chicken and sometimes its a gamble but stay clear of it. 1 thing the post can bugger em up another thing are they the eggs they say they are and if they are,Are they any good.
  12. all depends how secure it is. As soon as the gamefowl start crowing thats when you have to be carefull people start looking.
  13. Maisy the sister put to a full saluki produced some real uns.
  14. If its a 3/4 saluki 1/4grey black/tan bitch my mate had her and i had her sister but to be honest at the time the land we was running was not big enough for the style they run they needed big fields but this isn't to say they weren't top class because i never saw fizz run thats if its the same bitch.
  15. Snatch killed alot of hares for oggy he was a up and at em style what could stay seen the dog run alot of times .
  16. Size 8 arron thats for the thicko's
  17. There's a massive shortage of eggs this year in this country and france,Prices have gone up and people have been let down on big orders so if you have to pay they'll be dearer then usual i'd of thought mate.
  18. Your humidity is varying because where its placed is varying in temp due to the weather try putting it in a room what stays the same temp.I've lowered mine humidity to 40% up to 18 days then moved it up to 70% for the last 3 days and had really good results this year. What you'll find if the humidity is to high you'll end up with chicks dead in the shell on hatching day because they are growning to big in the shell and the air sack not being big enough for em to break out turn there head around and pip the egg.
  19. BB what college are you studying at and will you be requiring a placement as i know of a estate whats got a place going for a apprentice. Pm me if you prefer
  20. Your spot on,They get tested on wild boar to.Ive a gwp bitch what 75lb in weight so a 20lb or so fox shouldn't be a problem for em cracking picture 2
  21. I use the r-com suro 20 and cant fault em. But this year i up graded to the R-com 50 and the results have been fantastic.I use the R-com 50 as a incubator and and 18 days transfer em to the r-com 20 and use it as a hatcher.I've had 13 out of 15, 2 lots of 9 out of 10 and so on.i cant comment on the brinsea because i haven't used 1 with a humidity pump like the r-com's have.
  22. I can't get my head round it.You pay anywhere from £350-£650 for a cocker pup depending on the breeding and who's selling em.You put a poodle on a cocker to make cockerpoos and they charge anywhere up to £900 for em.As someone already said there bloody mongeral's.
  23. Price win KO with in 3 rounds.Very under rated in my eyes bring on tyson fury for his next fight i say.
  24. I'd say it'll be down to the humidity in the incubator,if it was down to the postal service i wouldn't of said they'd of gone this far and started piping.
  25. I use to have a beddy/whippet and he seemed to do the same. Easy rabbits what you thought was in the bag sometimes made very hard work of then no hopers, long runs he seemed to excel at. I really rated the little dog though he wouldnt take a fox singlehanded (pre ban) but if slipped with a dog what wouldn't take a fox seemed to give him confidence and he'd take em on his own.He also was a very good retriever of land and water be it fur or feather. regards burnie
