  1. Depends what you want them for and what parts you want? Single shot. Straight out the box you won't get tack driver accuracy. The barrels only 12" and not the best. The valving Is pritty basic (so Is the hammer) and so the power Is up and down alot which leads too acuracy problems. Find the sweet spot and you'll still be able to take rabbits or whatever out to 35 or so yards. If you get one and start modding It you probably won't stop. I hate to think what I've spent on mine so far but I'm getting close to tack driving Regulated tank, hybrid hammer, neumerous adaptors for the tank...silencer
  2. The newer versions have the black barrel bushings as opposed to the white. The newer version also has the 2 piece valve (brass face plate) but I don't know what time that was brought out.
  3. If the pouch has gone there f****d anyway so just cut em off. There's some bands on ebay, 2 for 4 quid. I wouldn't expect them too be as powerfull as the barnetts though..
  4. Just buy new bands. You end up having 2 then and there only about a fiver or so last time I got some. Dip the ends In boiling water to expand the rubber and push them on.
  5. I've dealth with Ronnies before and didn't have any problems? Try BAR. They have most stuff and are usually pritty good on prices.
  6. Vicious Is an understatement You can bait them up with rabbit guts, fish etc. Make sure you get a good shot, headshot on them as there tough!
  7. There's tons of green rabbits at this time of year. You can flick the lamp on them and they won't have a clue whats going on. Most will either sqaut hard - I just keep the beam held high In the air so theres a smaller spot of light on the rabbit and then just walk In at a brisk pace dog on slip. This time of year you should be able to get real close before there bottle goes. Some will just hop around In the beam not giving a shit. I'd give them a miss for now as there allready on the move. Your dog will see them easier but there not so easy to catch as the green quatters and as you probabl
  8. Have you used any the afore mentioned guns Aaron? Or are you just correlating the results from your incessant polls? I highly suspect the latter
  9. 8 month Is still very much a pup and can do serious damage If overtaxed. Are you expecting the youngster to go running down the beam like a seasoned pro? It ain't gonna happen. Take her out on her own when she's ready and find a squatter and walk up to it. If It squats hard and she spots It let her go In - I'd bet 99 times out of a 100 the pup wont so It will probably try to give legs before you get too close. She should then see It and be off. If she doesn't see It no worries, go find another and repeat process but try to get in on the rabbit quicker. Remember to get Inbetween the cover and t
  10. Desperatly trying to resist smutty reply ..... Yes I do keep them In my pocket, One all the fluff has been scraped out of course. If they work for you then fine, Davy seems to like them (he must be "clean" ) but there not for me. What did you try and make It from Cuning? Surely they can't be that hard provinding you have the right material I'll say no more incase I loose Pete any potential customers
  11. That looks plastic Kristian. My stormkloth one has no hood and different style pockets. I had a plastic one too and It was shite. Like yours ripped to shreds. Mine Is the stormkloth type. There doesn't seem to be many on the bay now but when I got mine It was flooded with them so I picked It up cheap. I think the sporting mags were doing the complete suit for about 50-60 quid then too? This was a few year ago now. I bought an ex army style fleec same time and that's spot on. Paid about a fiver and I'm always In It. Similar to this, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Soldier-95-Thermal-F...93%3A1|294%3A
  12. Seen them before and never liked the look of them. Arn't they intended to be worn round the neck? I could see my pellets getting covered In shit If they are.
  13. Please. It Isn't one videod In the cinima Is It? I was gonna download It but there all off cams.
  14. Why? I've shot my mates Rapid John, MK2. I had a chance of buying the full kit for 500 but you snooze you loose and all that... I can't remember If It was the 12 or 7 but whilst It was nice I wouldn't say It was that good. Especially when they cost that much I'll stick with my stealth and S400
  15. Get the combro John. Mine has been shot and was still working fine and for 40 quid, Well you can't go wrong. End of the day It could end up saving your arse There's 3 on ebay too If that helps. Why not just zero It normally insted of trying to get hold of a bore sighter?
  16. I use the 9-13 on my S400 and Stealth and It does me fine.
  17. He never sent you anything.... You were the one that clicked on the link
  18. Have you tried searching for the post Aaron?? Buy a harris S/H like I did If you want a harris. I Paid 35 quid I think.

There's a section that says reserve price?
  20. There was a few vids on youtube showing the technique. I've got a A4 printout on throwing them, Will have a look for It. Think I scanned It so It should be on the PC..... somewhere. Found It..
  21. I find It easier to just put 1 or 2 In a compartment. Saves the rest jumping out then.
  22. You knows It lol. Fair point NN. I still can't see them being the ultimate but I've nevr seen one used. On the plus side I bet there free to make or at least cheap. Then If you loose It It won't be too much of a ball ache.
  23. Yup. http://hydro-graphics.co.uk/services.php The sites changed from when I went on last. From what little I've looked on there they still don't put prices up but you could get a decent springer for what they charge for a full dip last time I checked.
  24. No worries Jacko. Long as your sorted.
