    Of course its idiot owner syndrome thats most annoying .It may sound unusual but when a dog comes running and snarling at my dogs off the lead they go they dont need restricting when faced with attack .Do get some hassle sometimes until I point out mine were leaded originally

    As I see it all terriers where produced by selective breeding. Terriers are made up of dfferent types of terrier .will the border lakeland cross one day become a breed on its own will the patt be renamed the black lakeland .who knows it is partly fashion that certain dogs become popular and a pigeon hole created .

    Noisey dogs or not its very easy to put a tablet in a bit of meat and throw it to the dogs. Ive heard that this is the shit they are at...... could have hit the nail on the head most dogs will tent when strangers are about sorry to hear dogs missing

    I doubt if there are any left. I own a cairn but he aint no worker he shows some hunting instinct but I doubt if he could be an earth dog maybe some people use em for bushing obviously there are better terriers for the work the knack has probably been bred out by the KC just my opinion
