One member has told that he spent 3 months on bail.This means nothing.I am not an expert on the law but even I know.People are realeased on bail as opposed to being remanded in custody pending going to trial.Spending 3 months on bail means nothing,it dosent make sense.

There have been plenty of cases where information gained off this forum has been used. Think before you post Tell us about them then.Its no good saying there are plentyof them.

I personally dont know anyone whow has been contacted by the police for saying anything on this forum.Yet there are all these posts saying dont say this and dont say that,dont talk about this and dont talk about that.Its getting to be the forum is getting very boring(in my opinion).Its all pictures of my dogs and out lamping last night.Which is alright occasionaly but can get very boring(in my opinion).We are not even alowed to TALK ABOUT OR SHOW THINGS THAT WERE PRE-BAN . I watched the video.It dosen't look right to me either.They are only in a tiny field,the dogs arent exactly putting pressure on the hare yet, the hare can't find its way out of the field.Something not right, or the hares in Ireland are a lot easier to catch than the ones we have here in Scotland.

Dont do it.I have 2 bitches one is 3 years old and one 6 years old.They come in season once a year roughly and it is a bit of a pest but I would never have them speyed.I have several relitives and friends who have had it done and regret it.The vets will tell you it makes no difference but that is because they make money out of doing it.It is not only prey drive that suffers but any drive.Neutered bitches and dogs seem to lose the same interest in life that they had before.I think this is partly why they put on weight,coupled with the change in harmones as already mentioned.I think some people

I have always wondered about a pure greyhound myself.You wont get a faster dog and as for stamina,it's not everyone that wants to catch dozens of rabbits or 5 hares at a time.I think if properly entered to hunting, as already said, they would make a good hunting dog.I hope you go for it.I have 2 lurchers at present but would seriously consider a pure greyhound when I next need a new dog.Keep in touch with the site as I would very much like to know how you get on and I think there are others on this site who would also be very interested,All the Best,Woodbine.

I have never owned one but have always thought they would be a good cross,especialy in the small fields that we have here (north east Scotland).I definately would consider one in the future.

I did think that the pups looked a little scared and cold when I first saw these pictures but I have just noticed in another post that the pups will not be 6 weeks old until monday.

Very scarce up here,North East Scotland.At night with the lamp you will see more badgers than rabbits.
