Genuine dog man?, They are out there, and so are some genuine dog woman too. If you show consistancy with facts and reality then I'd say you are a genuine dog owner. Good stock (preferable the same) no rubbish, no fakes, no lies and be honest in what you say and do. I think if you tick most of the boxes there, then you are decent enough to call yourself or others "Genuine" Too many of my dog is better than yours attitude, and I've been in books dvd's, so I'm better than you. Grow up. It's the people that you don't hear of too often are the most Geninue of all.

Where I live, it's not hard to find road kill of all sorts in a very short amount of time. Comes in handy for the ferrets/dogs, and sometimes for human consumption.

There are too many Good Regular layers now on the market, however at very silly prices. Lots of newcomers who are not in the know how, will pay high prices for these birds from greedy breeders. I have a mixture of hybrids and pures, some mentioned already and have more than one name for the same type. I enjoy regular eggs from my Welsummers and Marans, but you can't beat a good English Light Sussex. Bantams are pretty, and girly, and will make your garden look nice. But for eggs, go for the big hens so to speak! Be careful, chickens can be a very addictive hobby.

As it reads in the title. Have those days surely disappeared? Where has all the healthy debating gone? Of late, I've read about members talking bad about other members, their dog this, their dog that, he's this, she's that....... It's hard not to read it as it's in most threads. What's happened to praising each others efforts/dogs, and achievements? Its all about the tyres. Even a landy with road tyres will be shit. Got a new L200 Warrior now...its been ok but not done anything serious off road...i will be sticking a set of the new BF Goodrich MT's on quite shortly... When people say "Not great off roading" well are you talking about major off roading, or driving over a few inches of muddy fields? Lab, that's the set up, you'll get in and out of most places no probs.

For you or the dogs? Sorry yes for dogs. Long shot but do you know who supplies the zoo in your area......can get very cheap meat at these places.. Yes I do, and the keepers. Never even thought about asking. I know they go through large amounts of horses/deer. Good thinking Batman! DB, I shall call them in the morning for a price and availability.

The video doesn't prove a thing really. You have a young child that was shown many a time how to walk a trained dog to heel, and to drop the dog on command. Also look at the way the dog quickly registers the person walking over to him and the child, then half heartedly runs over for the arm lock, or shall I say the father shoves it in the dogs mouth. A trained protection dog is totally trained in a one to one basis. Owner/Trainer and dog, and not roaming around off the lead. Anyone can have a family guard dog, that's what that dog is.
