Yes, my daughter was strapped in her car seat, then placed on top of the washing machine whilst on full spin. That did the trick.

Why do you care? and why would you go to the trouble grassing the bird up? that's disgraceful behaviour IMO. She's working for a living, trying her best to provide for that kid and you've made it your business to try and ruin that ladies job and livelihood. Why don't you just mind your own business? People who do the sorts of things you've done here make me sick in all honesty, proper curtain twitcher grasser types. Are you feeling ok AFT.......... There's no difference a female sitting behind a counter in a gun shop......... Is there? I can also see your point

I sometimes shake the lamp to get the dogs attention to the beam fixed onto a rabbit. Not all the time the dog can see the rabbit in the beam, espeacially in grass where it isn't so short.

Depends on what job you do, or what your going to do? I have some, but need to cover them up. Its nasty in the summer. Have you thought it through?

Cheers mate. He's just over 18tts. Glad she's out slowly getting her fit again. We'll meet up soon.

I wasn't doubting whose side you were on mate, you just said to trust you and stop using Google. I'm just asking you to clarify by yes/no answers to (1) and (2) above. Warrants from a court are neither here nor there, as the POLICE didn't obtain one or act on it, whether by delegating the subsequent details to the arsepca or not. The OP would certainly have been informed if they had, and he'd have been given due process as a warrant has to be served and followed, not ignored while the arsepca just swipe property and leave notes in a field. Had the police obtained that warrant the OP would have

OK, the barristers who helped me against the arsepca last time are wrong. I'll listen to you instead. Answer these, please... (1) The arsepca have the existing legal authority ON THEIR OWN to enter private property against and/or without the owners permission. Yes/no? (2) The arsepca have the existing legal authority to seize goods with no police involvement. Yes/no? (3) Or as seems to be the case, you're basically agreeing with me while making out I'm wrong. The arsepca can do nothing unless the POLICE are involved and ASK them to act as their agent. This didn't happen with the OP and t

I missed that comment!! I'm afraid a criminal offence committed under any animal related legislation is very much the police's problem, regardless of how many of them like to fob off the responsibility to a CIVILIAN agency! That's why, funnily enough, if you're caught poaching, badger baiting, dog fighting or anything else naughty involving animals (including neglect), it's the police who investigate, raid and arrest you. NOT the arsepca. A quick google for "Wildlife Crime Unit" and "animal crime police" will show you that the police quite firmly realise it's their job! Where on earth did you

The RSPCA do it all the time mate, check out the Animadversion (Self Help Group) site for tons of examples. The arsepca have a conviction for perverting the course of justice, AND their top brass openly admits in court they break and enter and steal animals to fulfil their agenda. How they're allowed to operate, much less maintain royal patronage and charitable status, is a mystery. This is all a matter of public record. Although I've never raised the matter before, this is definitely not the first (or third) time Artic has been asked about his allegiances. He never seems to give a straig

Friends, or colleagues? I'm pretty sure if the police had obtained a warrant to seize someone's goods they'd have been informed in a way much less subtly than finding an RSPCA card in the middle of a field. The police would thus also be carrying out the investigation, and the gent would have been told and had chance to defend himself free of charge. Sounds to me much more like the arsepca up to their usual tricks... nick 'em, run away, and throw money at it til the poor fecker on the receiving end drowns in debt and despair. The police would not investigate this matter,(not the police'

Which legislation gives the RSPCA legal powers? I'm presuming the new(ish) Animal Welfare Act? Because they definitely didn't have a scrap of legal power (especially entry and/or seizure!!) last time I looked. Further to that (I draw your attention especially to the third bullet point): As I said I'm not trying to be clever, but you seem to know something we don't, and knowledge is power! Thats all well and good. There would of been a warrant from the police to allow this to happen, however this will probably be disclosed if the owner of the horses goes to court. Gonetoea

But the RSPCA aren't Crown officials, nor a law enforcement agency. Perhaps I'm conducting an investigation on YOU (in my above hypothetical scenario obviously lol)... Can I take your dogs now? I don't wish to sound fatuous but I just don't see how they get away with it. The RSPCA only manage to prosecute people in the same way your or I could, under legislation that is a common informers act. It doesn't give them the legal power to enter property or seize property. They aren't the police and don't have PACE powers. No you cant! Yes your right, they dont follow PACE precedures, bu

So if I come round to yours in the night or while you're out, and lift your dogs because next door's looks a bit ropey and then refuse to give them back to you... that's not theft? The RSPCA have no more powers than you or I so I'm struggling to see what makes them different in the eyes of the law. No its burglary............. They have been seized for the purpose of an investigation.
-
There is no theft here. Good example, Blackstones rings a bell........
-
Have you any documentation from the RSPCA stating that you are under investigation and or the reasons for why the horses have been seized? Seized is very different to theft. Going to the police will not solve this matter. Looks to me its going to be a civil dispute between yourself, the other owner of that horse and the RSPCA. This will be resolved at a small claims court. Good luck, i hope you win the case and set the record straight.

Your right Butler. Good countryside to walk in and observe the wildlife.

Cheers Butler, a sound litter they were too. Plenty to cover around here.
