ok thanks we feed dry complete food,they seem much cleaner on it and smell less and it don't go maggotty in the hot weather,also very high in oil which keeps their coats good.

that old dog will be 11 thise june. he is conected to the choclet dog but thro there grande parent which was a collie hankock had by the name of roufes the red. my mate has a bitch about a year old he bought off hancock 3/4 grey 1/4 collie,merle and white,prettiest bitch i ever saw and very good on rabbits already.

all depends were you live mate , if your close to people , or people pass you on the way , and can pick you up , ... but its pointless me saying yeh have a do up ratting with us , were in hartlepool , can you make it from derbyshire? do you get what im saying? ... its along way to go for a ratting trip? ... but im sure you will get there in the end hi mate, i'm only at denby,don't have terriers only lurchers but i'll ask around a few of the farmers round here, i'd come along for the crack as used to enjoy a bit of ratting. keep in touch or go on chat. thanks for the welcome. i know i said he was a big strong dog but i'm not sure he's up to the rabbits from your part of the country (if the picture's ought to go by!!!) welcome mate , how bigs your deerhound , how does her fair up on rabbits? ... thanks. he's 29" looks like a greyhound (i'll post some pictures once i learn how) smooth coated,very good on hares and ok on rabbits,a bit big really but works well with ferrets.

hi everyone i've just joined today, fairly computer illiterate so taken me ages to get this far.from derbyshire and into hunting,lurchers and ferreting. have a greyhound x deerhound bought from dave platts,he's a big strong dog,really pleased with him and looking forward to getting advise from more experienced members as i'm an amateur although he seems to just do everything right despite me!
