  1. its the name of my business
  2. do you mean the pedigree or the kc registration papers? Only the dogs owners can get them from the KC. Unless the litter and the individual was registered at the time of breeding (or within 12 months of birth) by breeder, then its too late.
  3. yes i do (wire not smooth if that helps?)
  4. pm me and Ill helpd where i can.
  5. petplan every time. no one else can touch them. I blieevfe this subject was well covered on here recently so maybe do a search and save us all from posting again
  6. arent you the person who wants to leave it alone all day??? Think youd be mad mate to consider a gsp under such conditions.
  7. Rolfe i can tell you now,, i crept up to whithin forty yards of it,, beofore it seen me,,And ive been reserching BOPS all afternoon and this was deffo the exact same match as a golden eagle,,I really am dissapointed i did not get a picture,,If it is a golden eagle i hope it does well here and hopefully theres a mate around for it,,Beacuse its quite the ground for them,,Just i dont think it will last long if it pops it head over the road where it may not be so welcome,,But i am going to go and have another look this weekend and make sure i get picture evedence. My first thoughts where that
  8. personally the london thing wouldnt worry me but certainly if you came to me for a pup I would say no as I wouldnt want a pup being left alone all that time. All your activities sound perfect but if you have a pup it would be a couple of years befre he was up to that sort of regime.
  9. i shal sleep down stairs tonight with phone in hand as minor versions of this have appened before but nothing like this im not sure why people ask for advise and then dont take it??!! I know about bloat and i have tried to tell you what to do. I feel sorry for your dog if thats how little you value it.
  10. Its perfectly legal, we do it from our boat every summer, diving off the cornish coast.
  11. pretty much the same for the lurcher/terrier but for the hounds it has to be a littlemore serious as when they are competing if they even look at a sheep they lose their permit, so we actually ensure they are afraid of sheep rather than looking at them as their friends.
  12. Bloat is something i have a great interest in, and I have been to countless veterinary seminars on the topic. Infact only today I have been in discussions with the military over how they are trying to reduce incidents of it in patrol dogs. If its bloat, then its one of the very few true veterinary emergencies. If its bloat there is a good chance your dog will be dead in hours and there is notime to hesitate....get to a vet now! if she starts to twist then she has had it basically, iunless you get it to a vet in minutes....even then theres not a good success rate. to helpt try to prevent furth
  13. why wont the breeder take her bacK?
  14. Most of it when read in context is basic common sense. A few anomilies about seperate feeding etc but I spoke to CA about it a few weeks ago as i was worried it was a backdoor anti hunt measure....but appears they are dealing with it. hope they dont cock it up!!!
  15. But if the dog was lost or stolen how would anyone be able to identify it from a diy tattoo? good point there. I suppose i'm quite lucky in the fact that i do terrier racing all over and most people know my dogs and everyone that knows me, knows that i tattoo all my dogs. Also i have pictures of all my dogs on my website which i would like to think would help me get them back if the need arose. Mines are also chipped but this can be removed in no time at all. www.scottishterrierracingteam.co.uk err what????? to remove a chip you need a reader to find it 1st...how many people do

  17. hi kiwi, sorry...yes...I can see that in your pup he looks to have a good correct coat....was really asking the OP as couldnt see any signs as yet.
  18. the most important thing to think about is....who holds the national database for the tattoo....otherwise its quite useless when you need to reunite dog and owner. The GSD league have tattooists all over the UK so google them and see if they have a nearby one.
  19. id imagine they all come out of Lode Lane....some are RH and some are LH.
  20. what age does the wire coat start developing?
  21. if its any help I bought 60 hatching eggs off ebay for £6 and 40 hatched! They sent them in the normal post and all arrived safely....have a look its an easy way to get hawk food thats from a relaible source (my reason for breeding them)
  22. be interested but want to see a photo please?
  23. im surprised the breeder wont take her back? Any responsible breeder would....have you not got a contract?
