Yet when I banter back (not biting, I'm not bothered enough for that) you suggest I should ignore you!! Talk about mixed signals, maybe it's you that isn't too sure on your choices.

    I know dave, I know. Weird thing is, I'm happy spending it on others (family/friends/hookers etc) but always try find cheaper alternative for myself. Been looking at .22lrs for ages now, got budget of £700 but can't even bring myself to spend £280 on a mint condition cz455.

    Jesus wept man!! They're only changing the face, not stopping making £ ya know!! Ha I wish I could do that to be honest. Even when I've got the cash, I still can't bring myself to splash it. I'll look at things for aaaages, wanting it but not wanting to pay. So many things I'd like but I properly hate spending money.

    As others have said, fit & personal feel are more important than cost or make. If you swing one & it feels perfect, don't put it back on shelf because it's under 300 notes! Alternatively, tell shop you have to spend minimum of £300, sure they'll help part you of your cash!

    Here's me playing the violin ?.... I'm off 28th December for my lads birthday. Normal shift up to & including Xmas eve. Do couple hours 25th & 26th. Then back to normal 27th. getting ready to start lambing Jan 20th.
