  1. If a rabbit is lamp shy and been mythered by any light over a prolonged period it won't matter what colour you use. On occasion a different colour may allow them to sit a little longer but a lamp shy rabbit is just that.
  2. I'm all for giving someone a chance. Don't know the bloke and therefore have no problems or issues. But when you stand proud as a representative of a company as in the OP and then turn it in to a no show! (What's it been? 5 days). You can expect to take a little ribbing. If the chaps got anything about him he will take it on the chin. Reporting what back to Daystate Timmy? He hasn't been on since he started this thread.
  3. With having something to do with Daystate, perhaps his laptop has some QC issues and is in for repair
  4. Thing is, you got to know what your looking at before you can enjoy it... Sorry but it ain't doing it for me. It's far too clean and there's no mole in it
  5. We all have our problems mate. I thought as much when I looked and saw you had turned a nice light gun into a tree. Looks well and if it shoots good and does what you want of it the jobs a good one. Is it heavy?
  6. It's on a rolling basis. Tonight it's the Mail but it's all content dependant. However. A hunting related post may just break the barriers from your good self. And on that note. Topic locked. Any further question you may PM me. Thanks.
  7. Won't be finnished until it's scoped and your flattening some gear with it. Very nice
  8. Let it capture your imagination when it's driving sideways with cold rain day. Day after day. Thick clarty mud sticking everything up and numb fingers. and your only a couple of acres in. It doesn't matter what trap your putting in. There's no romance. There are good days though
  9. There's none on FB. If any get added I will make sure they are put up on here.
  10. Lacking a bit of response since his initial post Simon About right with anything to do with Daystate  Now now Mitch
  11. Lacking a bit of response since his initial post Simon
  12. There not there to polish and shine. I look on my rifles as I look on you mate. Old and well worked and a bit tatty around the edges
  13. Thinking about it. Between the two of them it would have to be mears. The lad carries a bit more timber than grylls. Enough timber to chop off a good steak. He could keep you sustained for a couple of weeks.
  14. Legalities aside. A sub 12 air rifle would not be my choice. I don't doubt it's capabilities with a well placed shot. I would feel happier shooting something with a little more oomff. As to a survival situation.....?? I would have bear grylls with an electronic training collar fitted. With a bit of training he would be a useful tool. He could catch it. Pluck it and cook it!! " go on bear.....fetch!! "
  15. I was thinking the same thing. I did ask but no reply.
  16. Provided you get the 5/6/7/8/9/10 etc shot to hit the mark and don't just wing it with the 2. Not knocking anyone's ability but just saying.
  17. Thats good going craig, well at least your minds at rest now mate
  18. NOT HALF AS BAD AS YOUR JOKES WALSHIE lol walshie's jokes are that unfunny I wouldn't even rate them at half.
