Well no wonder foxdropper you get in excess of 100 foxes a year .if your shooting most of them. Thats is your method of fox control.I would rather watch dogs working fox either it be terrier or lurcher.

we know there isnt a close season mate, and foxes need a certain amount of control all year round but by over doing things you are only leaving your sport short of action for the coming season. there is already a joker going about my way blastin cubs and leverets with a rifle [bANNED TEXT] there is no need for it at all. my patch of ground is bare already. is it not plain common sense to leave all alone and give things a chance. i guess wat it boils down to is having respect for your quarry and maintaining the balance instead of upsetting it because u have nothing to do!! as a farmer myself i

I feed my terriers and lurchers RAW meat 'chicken pasta & veg and chuddley complete. Nothing above 22% protein don't believe in high protein think it makes dogs hyper IMO.

Good thinking putting the B & F collars on mate. Did you end up using the B & F .

Do a few more culls I say, might save some dogs lives.when they go in there setts accidently. Could be somebody's pet pooch. It does happen.

This is the ORIGINAL QUESTION.Why have we gone off the rails. It does'nt mention lamped hares, if people think that lamped hares are with out doubt easier to catch than daytime hares they are kidding them selves,as you can have a go course with lamped hares. At the end of the day it's about having enjoyment from watching your dogs work not numbers IMO
