I do mate but I take them with a pinch of salt, he's a carnivore diet advocate, he has books on the diet, etc. Testimonies are not as reliable as scientific studies mate, they're just not. If it's working for you mate that's all you can ask for, I personally think asking King to go carnivore is risky given the link with heart disease and saturated fat.

Takes a lot of patience to draw, anyone can do it with enough practice and the right mentality. I was a naturally decent from a young age but never picked up a pencil for over 20 years, did a few sketches last year and haven't touched them since. Lol

Try doing it freehand, haven't picked up a pencil in over twenty years and within a week was creating these masterpieces, reference grade sketches, Da Vinci's family have been in touch to pay me compliments.
