yes. I think the government would save alot of money if they just let the farmers controll the badgers instead of wasting council payers taxes for someone to do a job alot of people would quite happily do for free

Just wait for the cover to die back a bit mate. it shouldnt be too long now. also If you cant see where the ferret is and it backs onto a road then youve got to be very careful. If you are gonna do this either get a mate and stand either side or try and get right on top of the hedge so you can see either side. its a bugger though because if your on your own and your on one side sorting a rabbit and there is another bolted on the other side. you may loose your rabbit. Also a dog is a good help on these roads as you can put him on the field side to hold a rabbit until you get there and you stand

I may get out with the stinkers and longnets tomorrow. Still to hard to lay purse nets but as long as its sunny it give the ferts a run out.

and a non worked dog doesnt really matter in my eyes. a ferret maybe but loads of dogs are kept as pets (including mine) and they mostly live good lives

I would take you if only you were closer... Im sure someone will. try and get a good name for yourself on the site and perhaps become a donator or something. once you start participating in some of the threads on here you will make your post count go up and so will your rating. fill up your profile and put it in your signature that your needing a few trips and the word will get around.

i agree and think its a shame we cant all get along. we need to all stick together. I also think that if all people on this site that dont hunt were like you it would be a better place. I think some people can be reall dicks and let themselves loose on people which dont hunt. I may have insulted a few but only when they step out of line and say what we are doing is wrong. after all this site should be used for educating people which dont already hunt, because maybe they may start...

Hi this is an attempt to make a decent thread... let me no what you think lmao.. right all you have to do is right a paragraph about you and what you do etc. so here goes, Hi im will and im 14 this month lol. I live on a farm in beef farm in cornwall and do alot of ferreting. as I have grown up around shooting etc i have never been squeamish and find killing quite easy. Ive been shooting airguns from a young age and enjoy keeping and working ferrets. I have 6 ferrets at the moment (glyn, lil bear, breaka, spot, bandit and nameless) and try to go out a couple times a week with them either o

Im 13 and have been shooting with my dads various guns at tincans,milk bottles etc since I was about 5-6 (with help) and got into it properly a few year ago and now I dont do as much as id like to but fit it in where I can
