tried tonight and everything went fine. I only had 5 poles but made up another 2 out of hazel a minute ago so should be ok for next time. my only problem is that the bagging tends to stay together lol. is that ok?

cheers. space is not a problem as I live on a farm and have a nice amount of recently cut silage ground to practise on. I will use some tape and give it a go tonight. so how far from the top and bottom will the tape need to be?

cheers. this may sound stupid but what does splice mean? thanks and I will get the pins on tomorrow. Do i need gromits to go on the poles? and I have looked on this section but could anyone send the link for a guide to setting one up?

And also i dont see the similarity between the air holes myself? on my box it has 2 larger holes next to the diamond holes. so what is marks problem?

He had a go at me once because my box didnt arrive for a good 2 weeks. and I rang him up after 9 oclock. I dont see the problem if his are plastic and the ferret box co. are wood. also if you are going to copy his ideas lol please improve the fact that the lid lets in rain

might be a bit out of date but do you still have the coat?

so do you untie the knot attaching the mesh to the lines? if not then it isnt very long after before the lines end? shall i tie some more on to make 1 yard?

I have got my longnet the other day and am trying to set it with stubbys poles (fibreglass) but the problem im having is that the net is just slipping down the poles. also. I was going to put end pins on but the net is tied to the top and bottom lines at both ends making the cord stay still and not mve. please help.lol. do i just untie the cord and put the pins on at either end? it has 100% bagging so will i need to lengthen the cord?

no offence mate but you arent holding those ferrets too well. they dont enjoy being held up by the neck as you were in one of the pics lol. just hold them under the legs and put a finger across the neck if it bites

the point is that if you want to do that fine. but do it properly. a lion is a natural predator and if it fights back good on it. i mean would you stand around getting fired at? I see no problem with it aslong as the people know what they are doing and dont do it like that. if its done like in the second vid then good on them

go on thenetloft.net good value for money so Ive been told, also i hang up all my nets in the summer but they stay in bags in winter when dry.
