  2. hi my AAS410K's .177/.22 group well with the following AA FIELD FALCON ACCURACY .22 13.43gr .177 7.33gr which im using at the moment! with good results,and managed a 54yd kill LOGUN PENETRATORS run out! ACCUPELL'S run out! i done a chrono test on both rifle sunday the .22 11.8ft/lb & .177 9.8ft/lb so i wouldnt worry about your rifle being just above 10ft/lb im still getting good range shots at 9.ft/lb regards davy

Hi Ted, I suppose Rats are like many other vermin, for instance Woodies and Ferrals prefere to stay out of the wind. when they are in the fields you will very rarely find a bird letting the wind blow up is butt, they always face into the wind. I've noticed that bunnies prefere to face into it as well, suppose its so they can smell danger? Try looking at more sheltered area during the windy sessions (unless you want to stay at home?). Regarding NV, talk to Davy about his NV set up, simple lamp with a NV filter seems to work a treat for him. Check out his Ratting NV video's I assu

  11. hi rushty flesh will stand out a mile,so you need to cover it up.and my experience all though it little,best sit tight and pick em off! NV works well to for me! also a dull red filter! i agree with what Ron has said too so take his good advise regards davy

  17. thanks lads! the reason i ask is i have some footage of a shot! which sounds like it conected! but it still ran off,luckily i had a second shot! but couldnt help but feel for the quarry!and just thought before i post the footage,to see peeps honest thoughts! regards davy
