  1. hi TTT im just in the process of seeing what range its good out to,and i dont think its very good passed 35/40yds as seen in one of my recent posts, but will be doing some moer testing soon.if ya subscribe to my chanel on youtube then you will see it first before i post it here! the NV scope i have is great! i take rabbits with it and rats, but its seasonal not much use for it in the summer so it will be going on my AAS410K soon for my next visit to newbottle farm regards davy
  2. hi sorry i cant put this post together because of all media files any ways part 3 Buy this time I was in need of another cuppa and a quick power Knapp, not that I got one! After about 1.5 hrs I went back out in the paddock and waited for sunrise! Nothing came out between me waiting for the sun to rise! And another quick nod then I sees some wood pigeons land about 77 yds away but the wind had got up and to be fair they were out of range, but to my amazement they walked straight in my direction! So I followed them with the scopecam and waited for the right moment! Then THWACK!!!! S
  3. hi as i was saying! So my plan was to get some NV scopecam rabbit shooting! Well all didn’t go to plan, before sunset I had 3 consecutive shots all missed! So it was up to the west end of the paddock to do some zeroing in the dark, luckily I found a piece of chalk stone so I paced out 30yds and placed it on a fence then I put me lamp on it and ranged it 31yds,so that was good enough for me! Then I tried to zero using the scopecam in NV mode well what a mare I was having! I could see a nail head that had not been in long as it was still shinning so aimed at that to get a good group, w

  5. hi if he spent four grand on a NV set up and you cant see a bunny at 20 yds, then im sorry but he was ripped of or its just you dramatizing it a bit! tell to take it back to where he got it from and get a refund?? i spent 300£ on a VOMZ and its gen 1 it dose me fine i have great success with it,and lamp shy bunny's dont run off. i also do lamping as well because some of my permissions( the business park) has far to many lights on after dark so NV no good as to much light will feck the tube up! so if i had a choice it would be NV all the way and there is nothing wrong with gen

  9. hi tony

i didnt know you like transexual music(laddie ga ga)lol

  10. hi buddy you need to learn ya mildots in .22 mor than .177,try zeroing at 10 yds again but use 1 mildot hold under, thats the first mildot above your cross hair, this should then bring every thing back on track for a 30yd zero.have you got the hawke brc if ya havent look here this will help ya out http://www.hawkeoptics.com/ there is a lot more room for error in .22 than .177 but once you have your POI on ya mildots you will be fine! si zero's at 25yds because the power curve is closer to the kill zones,he has a term for it but cant remember i tink its probalic ? and has some great

  12. i normally allways take shots prone but i still wobbles abit which is a problem when i am taking shots at rabbits far away so that is why i was wondering if i could fit a bipod, so i could be more accurate at long distance hi buddy if ya still wobbling a bit,in a prone position ,and you want to take longer shots! then my advise is get ya self to a air gun club and get some practise in,do not use a bipod its not going to help!as you already stated you wobble if there is no club1 then get some practise in on ya permission if ya take a rucksack or bag with you try using that,or

  14. hi rusty take no notice of the negative comments ,as they are from peeps who i haven't seen in this section on a regular basis if peeps are approaching you then what harm is going to do to ask to contribute to-wards fuel, in most cases the answer will be no! but if you feel you need to ask then dammit! ask don't listen to the f**k wits who are trying to start an argument! i have asked before, but have yet had no one give me any thing! so what i aint got i aint missing! and this is a friendly section when the regs are all on try asking for an hourly rate?? good luck buddy
