    hi mark thats exctly what i use to do and still do sometimes! aslo if you know your permission you should know where you POI are on ya mildots for certain area's where they pop out! another way to do this is make a log of the pionts that you shoot from and a brief look when your out will help ya know end! also measuring you in step form heel to heel will give ya abetter measured paced distance! mine is 0.900mm so 45pace's = 40.5yds and if i take 34 pace's i know that its smack on my zero for .22 cal and for .177 its 39/40 pace's hope this helps! have a sp for the head shots! als

    hi chris i dont shoot many birds,but i do know this! if ya get there early before sun up ,you will be able to pick em of under cover! as me and my son done a few years back! try doing a recky and just watching them from a distance with bino's and log it this will help too! not much help but some time you have to put the work in to get the rewards.it wont be long before you have loads of advise from members on here! regards davy

    hi si some great shooting & footage there buddy,and a great time i had! and thank you for your kind comments,the distance on the long range bunny will be revealed next week end it was good to finnally spend some decent time together shooting and will defo do it again! and Si you certainly are deadly with the HW97 buddy good luck with the rest of the footage for ya DVD and you know where to come if ya need any more! glad to here ya have a AAS400 they are a joy to shoot, no need to say very accurate ,because me tinks you could pick up any air rifle and put others to shame! I only had the Epidural on Weds, and although Im pain free at the moment I obviously dont want to push it too far at the moment mate.     Hi every one As you all know zini & I met up over a couple of evenings this week, well this is the second part of that week. And what a second part it was! Si needed to get some footage for his upcoming spring rifle DVD, so where better place to take him was to a permission I haven’t been to for about 6/8 weeks due to work commitments. I arrived at around 5:15pm and Si got to me about 6:05pm bringing with him a mini rain storm, im sure he is still on the dark side lol.
