What gets my goat is when you hear the cockwombles on the BBC going in to detail explaining how a certain breeds confirmation is a certain way to enable it to excel in it's specific field. These wankers are the first to condemn the actions of working dogs.

I can't think of many breeds that have benefited from show fanciers, the Akita is one I can think of that is doing OK but even them can develop problems.

Having just pulled up at work a woman passed me as she walked back to her car with her Dogue de Bordeaux. It wasn't massively overweight but it had very poor confirmation and terrible bone structure. The breathing on that thing, jesus christ! It sounded like a hippo after doing a marathon! As she goes to get it a drink it lays flat out gasping for breath. The thing is, she doesn't even take the thing far as she's on crutches, what a sorry state these dogs have become. You did what you thought was best, you won't be the only one to do so either. I'm confused as to how it's got so bad down there if everybody is so ant-immigration down there. Maybe it was a case of not standing for anything anymore, I don't know. Like I said we both know they're here to stay so a compromise is better than divide and hate.

Not lived but worked and stayed in places Mon-Fri for what is sometimes months on end. We shall see what the future brings but I think most people's choice is to escape rather than make a stand.

I don't live in a city but I have worked in plenty of places that have high immigration, your shit hole included. ? No I'm just a realist, they are going nowhere especially when they are homegrown and we both know it. Would you rather see more divide and tension or would you rather see relations improve between those coexisting?

That's not all true, I've met plenty at work who have integrated over here just fine. You're all over the place here, first it was a stab at the blacks (no pun intended) and now on to Asians. You know as well as I do the vast majority don't go about raping and burning people. I don't want to sacrifice anything. I've said stricter vetting should have been implemented along with a better control on numbers. You can yell until you're blue in the face but they have settled here and are not going anywhere anytime soon, especially when the majority are born and bred over here

I understand why you're frustrated, hell I am when I see towns local to me overrun by a vast amount of strangers that haven't been given the time nor will likely ever integrate in to our society. When you look at the data though over 80% of the population is white British, the trouble is that the percentage of blacks and asians are packed tight together in major cities and towns which makes the locals really think we are being overrun. No I'm not comfortable with it nor do I want it but it has been happening since before me and you were born. You are specifically talking about immigration after the war that was implemented because of labour and the obvious economic shortages, this is what really irks you? OK, so now it's OK to accept the free movement of people around the continent as long as they're European? I can bet you have also complained about that when the Eastern Europeans started arriving in the mid 2000's? I am not trying to be argumentative but you have to be consistent.

Exactly, you have no proof that there was no labour shortages. Which immigrants are you specifically talking about? The Celts, Romans, Anglo Saxons? The Jews? The Darkies? ?

We lost nearly half a million people in WW2, have you evidence to show there wasn't a labour shortage?

Britain wasn't forced in to accepting migrants, it did so for economic benefits. Now I understand that the vast majority of people didn't ask for it but it was done to fill labour shortages. I agree with you though, accepting people from lands completely different to ours has caused massive unrest in the places hardest hit. Stricter vetting should have been put in place with more control on numbers.

I understand people's feelings on the matter but it's no good complaining if you haven't got a sensible or realistic solution. "Kick em all out!" is about as far as it gets, we all know that isn't going to happen so something more constructive needs voicing.
