    I used one years back danny when a Was a kid. Forgot about the f**k about lol. When a filled the reel with new nylon. Before hand soak it in washing up liquid with luke warm water in a bowl to softed the nylon. Then reeled it on too the reel holding the line against the rod with My hand cleaning the line with a tea towel , at the same time when running it threw. It Was my grandfather that told me that trick. Al give it ago like you just advised. A think it maybe that the plug was too light not putting any tension on the line to keep it flowing smooth out of the reel. A may of bought the wrong

    A don't think it matters my brother made some last year that's who told me to run them through the nutribullet combo. The juices will be released either way. More so crushed into small particles. Then run through the muslin cloth end of December. Just done the rhubarb with stem ginger yesterday. A don't know how anyone can drink gin. A tried it yesterday taste f***ing rank lol.

    Well yesterday went out for a few hour on local river. The first half an hour had nothing but a nightmare with my new rod and reel. With the reel being a multipliyer reel. Bird nesting all the time. Had me in tears nearly lol. So changed back to my normal reel. I'm guessing it was due to the plug not weighing much. And the line being 25lb nylon. Think if I'd had a decent size plug or spinner on the reel would of been fine.

    Few weeks ago I had something go for one of my bug plugs. Same soon has the bug hit the surface of the water. I wasn't ready for it due to talking to the wife. And she's like did you see that lol. A felt a tug on the line but Was facing her. You can imagine me lol shut the f up talking to me pmsl.

    Just made myself a liter of sloe gin with a few strawberries in. Rushed it through the nutribullet combo. Smash all the seeds up inside the sloe berries to let out the goodness. I've been told not to put sugar in till two weeks time. A don't know why he just said leave the sugar out. Give it till mid December then run it through a cloth. It's not for me it's for my sister & mother or an our lass. I'm knocking a few more up over the weekend. Rhubarb & ginger that only takes a few weeks but they say longer you leave it better it will be. Just the thought instead of buying presents in.

    Good morning guys. We've a surplus brown pastel cock bird to go this year's.. Stunning bird that the wifes bred. He's just coming through moult now. Bred a couple this season. Two turned out to be brown pastel cocks & one hen from the first round. The other brown pastel cock I'm keeping back due to him missing a toe.     I've got one rod off temu which I was shocked for price how pretty decent & the reel too. I'm waiting on another coming in next week or so from these guys the spinning rod & reel plus a few plugs a mentioned in comments above. I'm thinking of getting this rod for myself like the look of it looks smart. It's the style of the base of the rod a like. Can't go wrong for price. Have of the top rods out there the blank rods are made in China. Lol. Then sent back over here. Hardy one of the top fly fishing companies in uk are having rods made over in China.

    Two rods here both decent looking rods but a like the look of the first one with the few images lovely style rod. You've got to admit the spinning rods out there are stylish. Specially on reel end the butt.

    Just bought myself a little spinning rod short of two meters with reel off temu. Smart rod short of 35 quid says should be around 100 quid. Bought a few little plugs and soft baits too. More for off pier & beach a will be using it for. Maybe go stalk a few chub too perch.. Might end up with a big old pike on. Bought this little gadget too that you screw onto your rod with spool of line to fill your reel. Might be a load of shite. But worth the try at a couple of quid saves the miss burning her fingers when re lining reels. Lol
