  3. may be you can answer my question,i bought a tub of anchor spreadable,i took it out the fridge to put on my bread and the fecking stuff would not spread it just tore the bread to peices :censored: i left it out for ten mins and it still would not spread.....WHY? It's because you were trying to spread it with a fork
  4. Thats the trouble 99.9% of antis have no idea what go's on and form a misguided opinion about hunting without ever seeing for themselves........sheep
  5. Cat teeth and claws are dirty, i'd get him to the vet.
  6. I would imagine it depends on how many bucks are in the area?...........are they not territorial? The less bucks to fight, the bigger the territory maybe? J Sounds feesable to me Joe, perhaps somebody with more experience could answer us?
  7. Had the dogs on it for years now and would never go back. 3% is the recomended weight but it depends on the dogs, a couple of mine looks great on that but one dog needs more otherwise hes looks too light. Trust your judgement and alter the amount accordingly. Simon
  8. Ditch I await the results with baited breath but christ you must live in a scuzzy house
  9. It's a difficult balance, I get out one night a week with the occasional day here and there. Unfortunately(along with many others i'm sure) I work longs days and regular weekends and I also have a wife and two young children so unless I want to become single then I have to try and find a happy medium.

    Dog clippers

Oster clippers are very good Moll
  11. I've worked with dozens and dozens of shepherds and I promise you that the European dogs are far superior, and I am not talking about world hunters dog as I know nothing about it. English dogs do not have the drive, health, hips, agility and mental strengh to compete with the Belgian, Dutch, Slovakian dogs. Try getting a 95lb English bred shepherd over a five bar gate without a stena stair lift and watch it waddle around a show ring, does nothing for me, unfortunately we are seeing it more and more with terriers, dogs that can mince around a show ring but can't perform the job they were orig
  12. Just wondering what acreage the four I saw on Sunday would cover?
  13. Very sad to see them shot in such numbers
  14. Does anybody know how far roe range, do they have small/large "territory"?
  15. I am about to lose some of my permission as the land had a healthy (very) population of hares. I don't have the dogs for hares so left them alone as that was also the farmers wishes, however I haven't seen a hare for three months now as they have been lamped to death (excuse the pun) and the farmer is so cheesed off I think he is about to stop people coming onto his land
  16. Do a bit for friends with their dogs, occasional bit with mine, also the odd competition and I put a sleeve on for manwork courses.
