  1. Always one crank to ruin a good thread............ Aye aye, suppose you'll be expecting us to believe you've seen a genuine British big cat being taken out by one of your mighty mink next.. Thats just ridiculous, a big cat wouldn't prey upon a mink, they avoid prey that could fatally injure them, dont you know anything, crikey.......

  3. Always one crank to ruin a good thread............
  4. I dont do that much earthwork but in my experience a mink is a much harder quarry for a terrier to work than a fox, mink willwrap themselves around a dogs muzzle and repeatedly scratch around a dogs eyes before biting the button of their muzzle. I have also seen mink pull a terrier from an earth and head for the nearest water source to drown the dog..........
  5. Thats impressive socks, did the dog survive the battle, i heard a 26" 80lb bull cross was pulled into the River Dove near Sudbury and drowned by a 5lb mink bitch which then also charged the owner on the riverbank?
  6. I think Scottish mink grow bigger though moo, is it the increased salmon in the diet boosting the omega 3 oil in the mink pituitary gland incresing the growth hormone?

  8. How do you think a Mali would socialize in and around a busy human enviroment? As I am thinking of getting one as my guard/protection dogs are getting on a bit (9 years), I need an agile, alert dog that I could also take hunting and it may well get used in a Lurcher mix, as these are a lot more suited to that than a GSD. Lee, i have trained a few and the thing all the good ones had was a hyper ott drive, the drive is no greater than a good shepherd BUT they just dont switch off aswell, i dont think they are as stable temperament wise. They would make a lighter, possibly more agile lurc
