The factory mod is off and sure enough the barrel has been crimped by the parting off tool at the muzzle. The barrel diameter is 16.2(ish)mm. The reduced shank is 13mm. The factory thread is m12x1.25. I've ordered a brass adapter listed as 13mm. If that works out I will cut the muzzle back several mm and crown it by hand, test it and if improved source a mod and scope.

Yes mate, same trigger unit but the striker does have some range of adjustment if my memory is correct. It however still needs a longer screw but do first make sure its screwed in to lose the engagement amount. It's just behind the blade but deep and a spring wire usually sits on it to stop it backing out. Watch what you do with the 25 striker. They soon go over!

Hmm...slight change of tack. I'm going to have to scope this rifle. It has been built bad in the factory. The silencer and built in front sight is canted meaning the rear sight is far from center! I temporarily fitted a cheap rubbish scope I have and it made it more serviceable so I think a half decent scope is the way forward plus it will allow me to remove the factory mod and source an adapter and mod and shorten the barrel to lose that bad crown and recrown the muzzle. Any pointers to adapters anyone?

My local had this like new hatistani 900x edger brothers job in going cheap because someone couldn't get on with it. I took the challenge on! Maybe this may help someone I dont know but I learnt a few things. First of all the silencer baffles were damaged near the end of the silencer! Everything lined up so I was confused. To remove the silencer you have to gently prize the plastic end cap from the plastic body. Then you can draw the baffles out. It shot slightly better but still wildly. I soon realized why the baffles were damaged though. The barrel muzzle and crow
