Cheers lads, it's been a while since using a spring rifle and I've always wanted a Pro-Sport. This one came up a few weeks ago and in the right calibre too ? . I've got an Airsporter S also in .177 and from what I can remember as its been a few years since shooting it (needs a new spring) the Airsporter seems a lot smoother,The Pro-Sport feels a little harsh. Anyone know of a Pro-Sport .177 owner this end of the country (Oxfordshire) that's had their gun tuned and willing to compare to to the one I just bought (second hand)? Many thanks

I've been told that the newer Mambers are nowhere near the quality of the older ones by a firearms supplier as Hawke are now using the old Optisan factory. How true this is, I don't know, but the quality issues have been mentioned on various forums.

I've just this weekend bought a Hawk Vantage IR 4-16x50 half mil-dot ret for £190 to go on my Pro-Sport. Due to the rubbish weather we are having and extra overtime at work, I've only had time to roughly zero it in. Got to say it does look clear, just hoping it works well with the N/V (tubed)

Went to Sal in the Easter holidays, like some have said "not a lot to do " . If just you and a partner then I recommend air b&b ,as we met people out there and they paid a lot less. We did the tour of the island and it is a real eye opener ,luxury hotels amid pure shanty towns, sad to see. See the "eye at the bottom of the cove, under water" waded with the lemon shark's just a few feet it front of us and went out in the desert to see the mirage, oh had a swim in the salt mined lake. All and all for us (two families and 5 kids) it would not be a place we would go again, especial

As I said earlier, if under 16 year old's are able to get hold of pellet guns in the household then it is illegal. Rather than bring in new legislation, make the sentence more severe, and set it across the board , for all criminal acts !!!

If people are breaking the law and shooting at whatever then either sort it or report it. A lot more airgun user's target shoot than than probably hunt so are likely more responsible, maybe!!!

would you say the same to dogs?? Probably killed more infant's in the last year than pellet gun's !! Just saying like!!!
