  1. Any chance of putting a photo up of the bitches, working parents both sides, good bloodlines, I’d be interested in a pup if I take a fancy to em.
  2. Handsome little tyke, how does he go about his job under the sod longers ?
  3. There’s more chance of me hitting the moon with a splash fart than you walking forty mile on a night lamping princess
  4. Your probably O’Shea’s cracking terrierman, that’s why he came on here to ask his stupid questions, atb
  5. Agree, brings up too many red flags what he’s posting
  6. Must make you feel good slagging a man off whose done more for the working terrier in this country that you ever could, he’s forgot more than you’ll ever know.
  7. Looks a tidy dog Ferretman, bet the dog’s left you with some good memories, atb
  8. Losing 5 dogs can’t think of much worse, sorry to hear that. What put me off running a dog with collars was a mates young dog, think it was around 10 months old overshot a rabbit as they do and got tangled in barbed wire, panicked and made a lot more mess than was necessary, collar and dog was entangled, I don’t know if it was the fault of him wearing a collar or the dog just being young and headstrong, I’ve had a few mature dogs caught in barbed wire and thankfully they’ve had the common sense to stay still till we’ve been able to reach them, but as you say it’s each to their own, atb
  9. Being serious, I suppose the benefit of using a slip lead (day or night) means you don’t need to run the dog with a collar on which can be fatal for a dog.
  10. I’m just guilty of being bored and was having a wind up, ferretman65 done some good videos, look forward to seeing some more this coming winter ?
  11. I was just messing pal, nothing malicious intended, atb
  12. Just shows how inexperienced you are
  13. So you have to keep the dogs on slips if you’re out with other lads hey, well there’s dog men and then there’s men who keep dogs, atb
  14. A trained dog that don’t need a slip lead does
  15. Don’t mistake being silent as the dog liking to watch stuff, a terrier is a predator, with the silence there is an underlying intent to something a bit more sinister as in wanting to make a kill, atb
  16. LED bulbs are too bright and don’t give you the ruby red eyes of a rabbit glowing back at you when you lamp them and for that reason alone I’d always prefer the halogen lamp, atb
