-
Thanks FR...it was nice that you and the Bread Knife could make it,..glad you both had a good time,...just dont start any trouble with other guys in the crowd next time, you fecking hooligan... Tomo i turned 26 this last April mate... Beleave it or not, i MIGHT be fighting on the TV soon, in St Louis...its 85% sure its gonna happen, but you never know with the fight game... Kye,..
-
IMO, they should be just as bright, if not brighter than the Collie hybrids, and probably a little faster, the GSD being taller and all...but i think they will have added prey drive and be more 'gritty' than your averafe collie cross...should have mint noses...i think i would start with a good half bred, and then maybe add a Deerhound X greyhound, or maybe a 3/4 Greyhound 1/4 Bull...i think that cross would be interesting and worth while...might tone those ears down a little as well!..lol. Kye..

Thanks again for the kind words fellah's... Tomo, ive only been doing TRUE MMA for about 11 months,...but i have trained in various styles in the UK, and done some fighting there as well, although the rules tended to be a little more lenaient..lol. With cardio, weight training, and MMA training, im doing between 3-5 hours a day, so ive been able to train hard, and get to were i am quickly....i just cant wait to go Pro!...but i dont wanna rush into anything, im just after cage time (ring exsperiance) right now...im learning so much about the game after every fight...and its a great gam

Cheers Si,... Yeah, i cant wait to get a highlight real on the Tube,...would be quite funny!...lol. Its nice having a week off now though...im still training, but just a tiny amount of cardio and then weights,...just for this week, next week, back on the horse!....i will more than likely be with ATT (American Top Team) buy then, so my Greco, and BJJ should go through the roof!... Jay.

Man, if i was back home, i would snap one of these up...they sound smashing. I would like to keep hearing from anyone who gets one of these, with some updates and pics on how they do...if you can get a racy one, im sure it would be a handy type.. Kye,..
-
Thanks for the kind words Guys,.. Thanks Mad Al, its always nice to hear positive feed back from other athletes,...when people ask me what i do, i just say "Im training to be a Pro-Athlete"...instead of "Im a Cage-Fighter"..lol...to me, it just reminds of that Kip guy from Napoleon Dynamite...lol..."Dont you know im training to become a Cage Fighter?"... Well that puts me at 5 wins and 1 loss...i lost my first fight over here, and i have now won five in a row, 1 with submission, 3 with KO's, and one with Unanimous Decision...cant wait to defend my title...it was going to be against a

lol...you crack me up Ditch.. Seriously though, im actualy a real passive kinda guy, and i dont want any trouble realy...its just not worth it, and its not worth the hassel half the time, so why bother?.. Ditch, as soon as i have FR do a 'Highlight' real, i will get it on the Tube, so we can all have a laugh!..lol... Jay,..

Thanks guys,.. FOXDOG, i walk around at 173lbs, but cut to fight...if i try and stay lighter, i cant keep the strength/muscle... Kye,..
-
This is the cut, if I look rough its cause I felt it. This is after the sauna, I was 144.8 lbs This is after the fight, my gloves and wraps were cut off to check my hands as one was more than a bit sore Holy shit,...got down to 155.2lbs using my diet and cardio, then cut to 144.8lbs...it was HORRIBLE...i had two guys that i train with (Steve and Will) and FR came along to hold my hand and keep me in that evil oven, that some people call a Sauna. It was a horrible cut, and i felt as weak as water, but i made it!...but as soon as i got some drink and

Staghounds for me, all the way...i am looking into a Bull X Stag pup at the moment though,...just for lamping and stuff, so i dont have to knacker my biggers, faster dogs on gravel roads and fences etc... Have a real nice Saluki X from a mate that is great on hares, and thinking of putting my male Stag over her, in the future...he is bigger, stronger, great coat and awesome feet, so put to her, they should make great hare killers on the big plains of Kansas, and Wyoming... Kye,..
-
There are many coursing clubs in CA,...but the last dog i would want there is a Collie cross....the rabbits over here are nomadic, and kinda act like hares....they do have hares (jack rabbits) in CA, and i know they hold events for pure bred sighthounds i.e Salukis, Afgans, Borzoi, Greyhounds etc.. If i lived in CA i would go for a Staghound with a dash of Saluki blood in it...should be ok for anything out there then, and be able to take the heat.. Kye,..
-
I'd sooner get a pup of the Coyote Haggler, if at 40lbs it could keep off FOUR dogs that top 85lbs...lol...i hope he gives you your money back if it dont do as it says on the label...you cant gurantee a dog on coyote...beleave me. Kye,..
-
lol@ you lot... I will say this though guys,...there are some VERY good dog men over here, just as good as back home,...they are very far and very few of them, but ive met some GREAT dog men over here....and they dig/run some gear that would have you guys giving your right arms for...lol. But anyway, i will keep an eye on this thread,...COULD get good!....
-
Me and my mate ran outta Sighthounds last year,...we had my bitch break her neck, then her tail (had to be amputated) then she broke the 4" stump that she had left!...couple that with being bitten buy a snake, and she hardly seen any game last season...so that left my male (who thankfully would put Jesus to shame in the healing department!) and the wifes bitch... I probably have the work for atleast one other Staghound, but when i start making regular trips to OK and KS, im probably gonna want another two...that way i can have a brace of dogs each side of the truck for coyotes, and one sp
-
It wasnt my bitch mate,...but i seen it run a BUNCH of times, and its LETHAL on hoofed game...people dont beleave she has done that, but she was in an area where you could (and she DID) take a bunch of deer...this was all Pre-Ban, and the owner had lots of permission...still does, but she is only run on rats and rabbits now, due to the Ban... ...never mind, just remember the good ole days eh?... I can remember being out with the bitch and her owner...she had allready killed two Roe, and we was on the way back to the truck, and there was deer running everywhere,...the bitch was doing ca
-
I seen a real good one, Deerhound/Grey X Saluki/Grey,..with a little cattle dog way back there...Pre-Ban, the bitch took over 100 Roe before it was a year old, single handed...not that big either,...about 24" i think?... Kye,..
-
That 'aint 'ole Cloughy in that pic is it!?...fecking trouble maker shows up everywhere!... Kye,..
-
As they say over here mate,..."No worrys, its cool dude!"... Kye..
-
lol@ Sindasox... The little JRTXWhippet was a great little dog...she TRIED to catch everything...but she was a rabbit, and rat dog, she took one Roe (bounced) and one 3/4 fox cub. Roystons bitch (The beddie x Grey) IS the best i have seen for her size...the only thing stopping her being a GREAT dog, a once in a life time sorta deal, is about 4" and 20lbs!..lol. Pre-Ban, she took rats, rabbits, hares (single handed, daytime) fox, Muntjac, Roe, Partidge, Pheasant, and Fallow (doubled up)...for a bitch that is a Nats pisser under 20", i dont care who you are...THATS fecking impress
-
Me and Royston used to knock about with this young lad named Nathan,...he has a whippet crossed with a JRT,...hand on heart, one of the best allrounders i ever seen, for her size of course!...she was great out ferreting/ratting, she caught the first rabbit she ever seen on the lamp...carried back, she done fox, and even caught and held a Roe that she bounced of a fence one time!...it dragged her about 100 yards until young Nathan could dispatch it...she would go into ANYTHING!...and with a young keen, owner she was often tested on everything!..lol...she caught ducks, would go to ground, she ev

Wonder where you seen them in swindon?... There are lots in Wiltshire, and Glostershire... Kye,..

No worries mate,..Cotto won buy TKO, in the 11th round... Kye,..

In the morning i do cardio for 45 minutes, but low intesnity cardio...keep the heart beat around 120-125bpm...this burns fat, without burning muscle... Then i roll, and fight train for two hours,...then 3-4 times a week i run hills...its a hill that is about as steep as you average staircase in a terrace house...its 1/8th of a mile long...we sprint up, then walk down, and repeat 10 times....then i do about 1hr of the same type of cardio i do in the morning, but in the evening. Thats it for cardio...it would be nice to mix it up with some swimming, but i never manage to find the bloody

Thanks Socks,.. To be honest, its REALY hard to keep it up, and as they say.."You GOTTA love it!"...lol. But hopefully it should pay off in the future, and if i dont make the grade, at least i can look back when im forty years old and say "Well, i gave it a go" instead of one of them ole' twats down the pub on a sunday, saying "I remember, back in the day,...i COULD have been the greatest!"... Just as a little update though...im fighting a Grappler in two weeks,...he has 7-2 (wins-loss) and is 5-10",...it will be like back in the UFC's!...you know, "Striker Vs Grappler"...lol. Then
