I agree Gnasher,...i dont know if you guys heard/saw alot of the hype before the Penn Vs Pulver fight, but there was footage of them out drinking togther before the fight, and Jens said he was going to Hilo to train with BJ etc etc after the fight...i just dont know why people have to take a fight personaly?...at my level, i think most lads do it because they want to sound hard, impress girls/mates and all that shit...when me and a mate got interviewed on the radio, the lass asked me "Any words to the next guy your fighting?"...i just said "Im sorry"..lol...afterwards she said that was the scr

lol@Gnasher...as you say mate Frank IS a very nice man, but saying he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth is a little far fetched...i would have said it was more like a Silver JCB bucket head or summat a little bigger than a spoon...lol...always real helpful, but as a coach, didnt realy seem to WANT to teach...was more there to hang out and been seen...that was my impression...but i guess why should he bother with a bunch of people that only went there to get there picture taken with him!..lol...that accident did f**k his leg up failrly though mate, if the scares are anything to go buy..

Hi Guys,.. Just back from training...my mate from American Top Team came up today to help my take-down defense...the guy im fighting on the 31st is a hellish wrestler, but his hands 'aint great...so it will be my normal game plan...try and take his head off!..lol. They truly are Gentlemen, and great people to have in the sport mate, your right...when i go back to Vegas for a while (after going to John Lewis' place, and giving some of his guys a beating!..lol.) i wanna have a few sessions at "Xtreme Couture" gym/dojo...would be great to roll with some of those guys, although i doubt that Randy will be there much.. My next fight is for the "Champion of Champions" title...should be a good do...my strength is good, and my cardio is where it needs to be...we will start winding down next week, and not do much after wednesday, other than break a sweat...t

Sherk has fought at 185lbs a few times, and done a bunch at 170lbs...of course he now fights at 155lbs, but he walks around at 180lbs...that is why he always looks SOOO much bigger than the guys he is fighting... Gnasher, i have a fight on August 31st...just starting to up my cardio, and drop a little fat...i will get to around 155lbs, then do the rest in water...to be honest, this may be my last fight at 145lbs for a while...it just dont do me any good to get that low...155lbs is where i belong i think!...im still fairly strong at 145lbs (on the Leg Press machine im doing 5x15 with 360lb

Bloody hell, thats my FAVOURITE hobby, EATING!... ...Now im on my cutting weight program, so im only allowed what i need, not what i want!... ...i fecking hate it...my meals are now 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/2 cup of brown/wild rice and 3.5oz of steak/chicken, OR 2.5oz of dry Tuna....do you guys realise how small 3.5oz of steak is!..lol....coming from a man that, when he lived in Vegas, would polish off a 42oz steak, its not great news!... I know some guys that have rolled with Manny, and they said it like fighting a f*****g pit-bull!..lol..a very strong, small, compact fighter,..i feel sad for him that his on going shoulder problem caused an early stoppage to the fight, although Nate Diaz's BJJ is stronger than Mannys, i feel the strength and explosiveness that Manny holds would have made for a great fight... Me and FR use my Izuzu Rodeo,...a GREAT truck, although mine does have more than a quarter of a million miles on the clock...might need a new one soon...getting some doors and windows replaced...i got FR driving for me, and he is mint at it know...we dont even have to talk much, none of this "f*****g 'ell, slow down mate"..."Speed up"...or "Watch the dog you twat!"..lol. Im glad your mates are doing well at the Pro Game Millet, its a tough ole' game, boxing,...and there are plenty of people out there that wanna feck you over for a few quid, even in the game im in, which after every fight, i seem to be having to deal with more and more...its a shame i think.
