Nothing else comes close? Beg to differ a dash of terrier blood brings a hell of a lot into the beagle spaniels, puts a bit of fire in there bellies imo

I run a mix of beagle spaniels terrier blooded dogs, all have half beagle in to me there hard to beat. However I do see how the spaniel terriers would suit a lot more people as they hunt closer bit more biddable and hunt hard, The beagle xs can be a bit stubborn on scent and a bit harder work if your not that experienced not really a novices dog imo.

Two worthy causes foxpack, keep your options open as these small dogs have a longer working lifespan than the bigger hounds, seen quite a few still grafting after ten yrs old with ease. you'll have it for a long time so make sure you use what will suit your needs.

Ps was very lucky to get my bushing dog back this season, took his tek2 collar of him and he bolted one, he followed to ground on a wall with about 20 odd earths all the way accros dead thick cover on it. If my mate wasn't there that day id never got him back, he's a terrier beagle with 1/8 spaniel little to big for most earths but when he does it's no fun. Took us hours to find him and get him back he was wedged in very tight. Very very lucky

Nice hard working spaniel you want, less chance of loosing them to ground. I'd stay away from more terrier blood half is more than enough in a busher. The lads seem to do very well with the spaniel terriers on here. Nice half x will do everything you want and some, get socks on the list he's been looking long enough

True mate I had a dog related to someone's dog on here that didn't make the grade I wont say who tho. They claim there the best dog in the country non stop bragging about it but it's sibling was one of the worst dogs ive seen.

I find if you have a walkie talkie around your neck it mocks them out a simple recalibiration seems to sort that out

Sportdog tek2 you won't beat it in my eyes. There only in ireland aswell 3 years warranty. Good after sales care if anything goes wrong you don't have to send it other side of the world. No import tax to pay like the Garmin

Seen them kick off with each not a nice sight, had a terrier pulled out my arms twice while walking passed them. They can be a little unpradictable to say the least.
