    The immigrants are France Germany and the rest of the EU s problem from now on, let them deal with it, IMO it will not be long before many countries in the EU find themselves with their citizens demanding referendums also. People will only take so much for so long, yes it might be rough for a bit but that was only to be expected, in the long run I fully expect us to be back stronger than ever.

    Sorry mate I don,t agree, I think it's common knowledge that he is what he is, and fair play to him if that's his lark....what I don,t like is the fact that at his age he still cannot admit what he is.

    Quick update, the two van assistants had their hearing today and one of them has been reinstated with immediate effect and starts back tomorrow, not so good for the other lad who has been told his dismissal stands.

    The CEO issued the suspensions along with our line manager. Our line manager issued the dismissals. The CEO has now decided that she is the only person to hear the two lads appeals. As I said before, she will dismiss the appeals we fully accept that. But surely if what we have been told is right it should be a person out with either the CEO or line manager that deals with this if they are to get a fair hearing

    A short update on our situation, the two lads who were sacked had put in a written notice of appeal which was acknowledged today saying they have their appeal hearing next week ...where the judge and jury will be the CEO who sacked them lol, this is,nt right as they have spoken again to their lawyers today and by law she cannot be judge and jury, OK they fully accept that she will empty them , but believe me when I say their lawyers are very confident.

    nice one mate...what was the name of where you was at.......we are going to try and head towards smithers or fort st john, the plan is, we are buying a travel trailer or motorhome and take off....sight seeing until we like the look of a place, then get a house half off the grid somewhere, IT was near a place called Surrey mate, about an hour and a half drive from the airport.

    I was about an hour and a half from Vancouver tillylamp , way up in the hills beautiful part of the world, great people over in Canada.

    I have been in your position a few times and unless you have them in a watertight case then you are dreaming mate,are you still paid whilst on the sick ?? is it a big company ?? most managers would be expecting you to go on the sick as its always the first thing anyone in dispute does, if you have been there a long time then you will have some protection but one thing is for certain you will never win taking on a company unless there have been glaring errors in the grievance procedure by the management which is unlikely, all companies take advice from company solicitors and unless you are in
